  You will need to reverse the clean boot, as it is either incidental compared to
  the real cause of the problem. What, where you try to fix initially using the cleanboot?

  You can access Mode safe? Repeatedly press F8 as you start? If so you can try the configuration - control panel
  The Device Manager - graphics card - Double click on - driver tab - click the driver UPDATE - then
  Right click on the device and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

  Another method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure) is
  CTRL + ALT + DEL and the processes tab find EXPLORER.exe and COMPLETE the PROCESS on this subject - and then
  on the Applications tab - lower right - new task - type in EXPLORER.exe. Safe mode is reached
  by tapping F8 as you start several times.

  Black screen problems are extremely difficult to repair and all patch is usually on a base hit or miss.

All my contacts appeared but when I go to add or change a contact, I can't access the Add Contact screen, I can open the contacts (change back ' nt work either), but could not open the screen Add Contact said.

  Since I've had a lot of response from the support Forum, I finally cured the problem myself.

  When I inserted the SIM Orange I neglected to erase all of the hand of all previous data to sim card,

  To do this: -.

  1. remove the sim card and multimedia card

  2. go to Options / Security Options / General Settings

  3. press the menu button and select "Wipe Handheld" and click Yes to confirm

  You then end up empty void that phone if you made a backup, then you can restore all the data back into the phone. Tri!

• Sprint - 8703e - blackBerry Smartphones home screen shows an incorrect date

  I have a user who has model 8703e and the top of the screen shows the day only on Sunday, October 5, but the date and the time on the device is properly defined as Monday, October 6, 2008.  The email message folder displays the day as October 6 and timestamps on e-mail messages are correct as well.

  Does anyone know how the start date would be incorrect then the device time is correct?

  I solved the problem.  I saw an article on the website of BB Technology Solutions, KB03452, which says change the time zone, save, and then reset back.  So I did and it fixes the time of the home screen to display the date and time of today.
