  We are just other customers from Apple here. We cannot answer any question 'why' like that. If you create a developer account, then the name of this account will be your real name associated with your Apple ID. It will not be your real ID of Apple. You are not allowed to change it. If it is in fact wrong, then you can contact support at Apple developers and they should be able to fix it. Just be persistent.

  Looks like a known bug.   Can read, then dup radar 23820480 directly with Apple.  If you're not familiar, this site Open Radar is not Apple, but hosts bug reports that users have sent to connected with Apple.  Different people who are connecting to with Apple bug reports will duplicate their reports.  It is a good place to look for known problems.

  I just did the failure number a newbie. I changed my password for developer and then locked me out of my development environment because I have only one user of the developer.
  
  I ran the password reset function. reset the password, it shows that it is locked. I use user Apex security so I can just unlock the user DB using the alter command. How to unlock it?

  Your administrator of the instance should be able to unlock it for you.

  If you are the administrator of the Forum (or they are locked too), then take a look at the apxxepwd.sql script that comes with the APEX install that resets the password for you.

  I have designed a database, encoded further while plsql for everyday activities, so far, everything has worked well, but all these operations are performed using the developer sql (sql worksheet), now I'm looking to pass it on to a potential customer but the point is hes not tech savvy but would require a front-end now, I myself have been a total back-end resource (database design, plsql, sql, sql tuning/DBA) now reluctantly I start to learn some tools front end, I ask you to help me with a few heads upward and it would be great if you could answer my questions (if I'm not in the apology of the appropriate forum Please point me to the right one), so here are my questions:

  (1) there is a few years that I was part of a project that was oracle as backend and he had .NET as a front end, now I am wary of .NET, I prefer to use something that is more tightly integrated with oracle and I guess I can use JAVA for front end, right? If large, if you could point me in the right place (any resource that can give me a quick start) or if you could tell me what it is, is - it is known as java forms?

  From my point of view ADF should not be used for a thick desktop application. ADF is best use for lightweight client web applications. You can use the ADF for desktop with swing, but he has not maintained and obsolete.

  Today is my first day with Oracle. I tried to install Ora11g since our network drive. I think that the installation went well. I also have installated PL/SQL Developer when I try to log in I got the following error see below.

• HTML5 game development - I need direction.

  I'm about to embarck on a project for the PlayBook.

  I intend to make a player two (or more) quiz game and seem to be getting lost in the H3LL coding!

  In fact, my game will be a series of separate screens (episodes, chapters, etc.), although most use the same background.

  • At some point, there will be a need of entry more than just "A, B, C or D", although it would amount to not much more than a string.
  • Sometimes it will be more than one audio clip playing simultaneously (I can do this?), for example: audio ambient and audio response to entry.
  • Sometimes a picture will turn.

  My question is this: keeping things as simple as possible, should I use canvas? Flash? or HTML and JS? I am a nood to coding after the occasional web page and are currently learning the basics of javascript. Help!
