Developer accounts expired after upgrading to 3.2

After the passage of 3.0.1.00.07 to 3.2.0.00.27, all my developer accounts are expired in all of my workspaces. What I missed in the installation process? How can I "fix", before I update to Qa and production environment?

During the upgrade, the table of user accounts is copied from the old schema (flows_030000) in the new (apex_030200). Then this update is performed on the new:

Update wwv_flow_fnd_user set account_expiry = trunc (sysdate) where the account_expiry is null

You can collect information about what were the "old" values of account_expiry and what are all the new?

Also, what is the value of the instance parameter life account password (days) ? (Use the apex_admin: Home > Service Management > Security).

    you might have run into the bug #16769040. I already asked David Peake to update the 4.2.2 known issues with an explanation. In short, install the patch group may lead to an inconsistency with an instance parameter (INSTANCE_ID) and cookies from generator, which translates into a missing Developer toolbar. If this is the problem on your instance, it can be corrected by running (as a SYS):

    I noticed after upgrading to Sierra, that my photo stream on the Macbook no longer works.

    When I connect to www.icloud.com I see that there are new photos downloaded from my iPhone to the iCloud, but not to my Macbook, no news pictures showed in Photos on my Mac. I tried login/out my iCloud on the Macbook and the iPhone account, but nothing has changed.

    Please follow the instructions here:

    If you see no Service or research

    If you see no Service or search on your device, or cannot connect to a cellular network or cellular data, follow these steps:

    1. Check your coverage area to ensure that you are in an area with a cellular network coverage.
      • If you cannot connect to a cellular network on your iPhone, make sure that the cell data is on in settings > cellular*. On your iPad, go to settings > cellular data.
      • If you travel internationally, make sure that your device is set up for data roaming. Go to settings > cellular > data roaming.
    2. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
    3. Looking for a carrier settings update.

    There has been much discussion about the e-mails lost after upgrade to El Capitan, but I have not seen this particular question.

    I discovered that, like many others, all emails in my Inbox and in my sent folder to leave before the upgrade had disappeared. The issue has not affected the emails I had moved to folders.

    Open the mail library file (in the Finder, hold down the Option key selecting go to the top menu and the library appears), I discovered that Mail was created a new file V2, account, while the old one, V3 (created in 2013), sitting next to her. Go by the size files, it seems fair to assume that the V3 still contains my "lost" emails

    So, I don't know if the bug is that a new V2 should have been created at all, or is it a sync error, or something else. What I know is that when I try to import the items from Inbox and sent from the V3, I get an error message telling me that no mbox valid was found. This is patently false.

    I also tried to copy on an external hard drive, gave them a different name, but even then I couldn't import them. Reconstruction did not help either.

    Anyone able to help? I have a few crucial e-mails out there, and I try to avoid the upgrade...

    The problem likely is the use of some software Oracle etc., the Oracle Developer being aware of the problem and working on a fix. Meanwhile, there is a hack for registration as a potential solution, or the simpler solution of temporary demotion to firefox 3.6.23.
