  I looked at the answers to the questions on the blue screen error stop 0 x 00000019 but nobody seems to not have exactly the same message I receive. I imagine that in the media, the details are specific to each problem. My message is STOP: 0 x 00000019 (0x00000020, 0X84DEBD40, 0X84DEBD58, 0X1A030001) and occurs whenever I try to access my CD/DVD drives.   Let us, uninstall and reinstall the DVD/CD drive and check.

  a. Click Start, click Run and then type devmgmt.msc and press ENTER.
  b. in Device Manager, go to the CD/DVD drive and right-click on it.

  d. restart the computer and check.
  Note: It will automatically re - install the drive during the reboot.

  Very strange, usually if there is no "Basket" file, when you restart Thunderbird, it should create a new.

  Open your profile folder.
  Close Thunderbird.

  How to get Vista recovery Media or the Vista recovery Partition on your computer back to factory settings.

  There is no Vista free download legal available.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

  See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

  Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

  Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
