It would seem that your schema of Apex/user doesn't have access to, or otherwise know the utl_tcp Oracle package. Try running it in your workshop of Apex SQL > SQL commands.

If you do not get a description of the utl_tcp package then you will know that your Apex selected scheme lacks the permissions to run this package. Assuming that this is the case, then you will need someone with the correct privileges to run:

grant execute on utl_tcp to [your_schema_name]

Impossible to install the packaged application 5 Apex

I tried to install bundled applications, but I can't. Error looks like the image below. I have granted users APEX_PUBLIC_USER, APEX_REST_USER, APEX_LISTENER to create the view, but the error is still there. Anyone has the same problem?

Login screen of packaged applications

Hi all

Please, how is it possible to create a login apps (like) screen packed sample (APEX 5)? I mean the one with an icon and a beautiful green boxes? When I create a new application, only a simple simple login page is generated and I really like the one of the bundled applications. I really have no idea when it is set, then any help would be much appreciated.
