  Recently, I tried to download an Audio Book using Overdrive Media Console software.

  Within this program, I tried to use the 'Windows Media Player Security Upgrade'

  However, this tool has produced a message "this is a problem in retrieving the machine ID DRM. Contact Microsoft product
  supported". I tried to find the appropriate place to make the recommended contact. These research "Genuine Microsoft - Site diagnostic" quoted me the button solve led me to "Microsoft Software plug-in for your Mozilla FireFox browser. However downloading and running that plugin has not helped solve the problem!

  I use XP Home Sp3 and Media player 11.0.5721.5280

  Can anyone suggest a solution?

  What version of Media Player do you use?

  This problem may occur when the following conditions are met:

  ·         The file you are trying to play is a protected requiring an individualization of digital rights (DRM) of management 2.5.

  ·         You use the Player Windows Media 7.1 on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer.

  Player Windows Media 7.1 on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer does not support DRM 2.5 individualization.

  You can download the latest version of Windows Media Player which is the Download of Windows Media Center.

  uninstall any version of acrobat is installed.

  clean by Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

  Restart your computer.

  delete all to delete pdf files.

  If this fails, it is a problem of ms.  If this attempt is successful, then reinstall your acrobat.

  Thanks for the pics of the error.  This error indicates that zip you are trying to extract archive is damaged.  Please download a new copy. Retail installation files, they are available to Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications...

  If your company has a volume license then you will need to download the https://licensing.adobe.com/volume license installation files.

  If the button is always grayed out, you will probably have to reset the DRM system, by following the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929642 (article mainly mentions the Zune software, but can also be applied in general).
