A subscription to Illustrator today and have been charged. And yet my creative cloud says that I don't have a license for it. When I go to manage my account online, under plans and products it tells me I have no product. Under the order history, I have no history of orders.

That I am I doing wrong and how we install illustrator of the creative cloud?
