  Ive tried everything I can think off, but cannot get loaded. Tried all the usual verification, for available downloads etc. both my Mac and iphone but its does not work.

  When I view the album on Itunes, her show songs that downloaded, except this last song, which only says: 'bought', but no option to download.

  I am facing the same issue. I can get the song 'Album Only' to appear in my music library by clicking on the album and then clicking on "See the complete Album." However, I still cannot sync with my iPod/iPhone, and unless I click on "Show full Album", I can't do my music library to interact with it at all (that is, if I play the full album, it ignores the song 'Album Only'). And even if I do this, I can't move it to a playlist or something like that.

  I would really like to have an answer to that as well.

  I bought a Train album some time ago and it downloaded on my phone. With my random value music, I heard a certain song while driving my car (no wifi). When I got home later, I tried to find that song again to play, but it is grayed in my music and not playable, as if it was not downloaded locally on the phone... which I know it's because I was just listening to it earlier today on the phone.

  I have a big problem, I synced my iPhone 6 with iTunes on my PC Windows 8.1 (both have the most recent version of the software installed), but now, nearly half of my songs are included on the Iphone but gray and cannot be played with itunes there is no problem playing them.

  What Internet extracted metadata for your song is a different version of the album, or the data is 'off' track number in the database of resources.

  To resolve this problem, open Windows Media Player and select the Library tab.  Make a right-click on the album of your choice, if you select Find Album Info.  There will be a delay of a few seconds.  On this screen, you can select the appropriate album, or click Edit to fix the track data.

  Once the album is corrected, remove the album from the Sansa, and then transfer the corrected on the Player version.

  My friend (using logic 9.1.8) made some record with about 12 actors/singers alive.   I think that the dual boot is always available in the Master Boot Record (MBR) and so this double menu boot appears to turn on/off the device.
