  You can right click on the tab bar or the Navigation bar mode full screen (F11) and make sure that "Hide toolbar" is enabled.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  The Ask toolbar is originally only in versions of Firefox 3.6.13 +. Uninstall this extension.

  There are a few places to check for the Ask toolbar:

  It is possible that you have a problem with some Add on Firefox which is an obstacle to the normal behavior of your Firefox. Have you tried to disable all add-ons (just to see) to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

To do this easily and cleanly, start Firefox in safe mode (remember to select disable all add-ons when you start safe mode). If the problem goes away, you know that it's an add-on.   There is no settings for this user.  The scroll bar is now a scroll/zoom combo bar and we are pretty well stuck with her.  You can grab the bar and move it if you wish, and I am pleased to announce that first Pro CC now scrolls a flow can be used with the mouse wheel.
