  I had a similar problem, but the message I get is slightly different. It reads:

  This message contains an attachment whose file type is considered dangerous
  The file has been disabled.

  However, all disabled files file type is a regular .docx, IE the Word file. What more that these are files I received for a few months and receiving was not disabled.   Unwanted modules can take control of your settings in Firefox (search engine, home page, the new tab page) and make it impossible for you to fight them. Here's my method of tracking down and cleaning of the bad modules, the air pirates and injectors ad. I know it seems long, but it's not so bad.

  (1) open the Control Panel, uninstall a program. After the loading of the list, click on the column heading "installed on" to group infections, I mean additions by date.   It's true. The extension indicates that the library has been upsized. There is no other difference.

  Photos will not migrate the library with this extension.  I just change the extension back to .aplibrary after you migrate an Aperture library.  Then Photos can migrate again, if need be, and I can use it in opening again.

  BTW, the migrated Aperture library and new photo library share storage, but not the files of images, photos are stored very efficiently by hard links. See: Photos saves disk space to share images with your iPhoto or Aperture - Apple Support libraries
