  I am using windows 7 Home premium. I downloaded Adobe acrobat 10, XI and DC version on my computer version. Tried to install each of them one by one, but each time that windows Setup gives me "access denied" error.

  I used both cleaning tools. Have tried to install it online but of no use.

  If anyone can help. Its been 10 hours, I cannot solve this problem.

• TB update fails and I get an error of access denied to 7 - Zip when you download a new version.

  Thunderbird was not able to update from version 24.6.0 (under Windows 7). Whenever I try to auto update, it tells me that the update fails. When I let the updater download a full version, which also fails.   What firewall / anti-virus software you are using. My guess is that the firewall or the anti virus software blocks both the update and full installation because it contains ZIP files. I have not heard that outside the paranoid company / parameters of business in the past, but there's always a first time.

  2. do you have an anti-virus installed on the computer program?

  3 are logged as administrator?

  4 are you trying to download the service pack manually or through Windows update?

  5. are you aware of any changes made to the computer before the show?

  Please check your FTP settings in Lightroom.

  Are you able to connect and download using another FTP Client?

  Also try the steps below: -.

  1. from the Web in Lightroom module, click export instead of loading.

  2. save the Gallery to a location that you can find easily (like your desktop).

  3. manually copy the Gallery of his location to save to your FTP server.

  I have trouble downloading the trial/developer of CF 11 edition. I use IE 11 on a laptop computer of 'company' on which I temporary admin access. Yesterday, I followed some instructions on the help of download (compatibility setting for adobe.com) and managed to get the Akamai Downloader installed.
