  Hello
  Follow these steps for each database that you want to configure the OEM.

  Environment variable set ORACLE_HOME for the oracle 10g or 11g software to which belong to this database
  the database for which you want to set the ORACLE_SID value OEM

  emca -repos recreate 
  
  emca -deconfig dbcontrol db 
  
  emca -config dbcontrol db
  

  At the end of each configuration, you will see the URL of the OEM

  After restarting pc for awhile, we can access shared folder & printer but after 30 minutes (more or less) again cannot access.   I have my OEM (field of forms) running, and I'm in the web configuration screen and by editing the file formsweb.cfg (default.env - section of the applet). My question is, overall, is there a LIST of the options available for certain areas:
  
  For example: if I want to change the default value for "lookAndFeel" of 'Oracle' to something else, what are the options should I? It is the same for all the other areas (e.g., splashScreen, logo, colorScheme). Is there a LOV by field? I don't know what I can put in the game there or less around with, and yes I have search online documentation but can't find anything as well as research on the Forums.

  I tried to open my browser (IE/Mozilla), type ' https://ip_server:1158 / em ' but it does not work. My browser was unable to establish a connection with the server at < ip_server >: 1158.
  
  What I have to do a specific configuration on EM or was - this partner network?

  Its associated network. Just check if you are able to access the host/port of the PC OEM.

  Audit of DOS command:

  Telnet ip_server 1158

  Also make an entry in hosts (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts)file for the server and instead of the IP address, use the host name in the URL.

  Newbie here so sorry if it's simple.
  I have already searched the forums and tried to do what is recommended and still have a problem.
  
  
  I am running Enterprise 10.2 on a virtual machine from windows XP. It has been working well for some time.
  I restarted the VM without stopping the DB. When it has restarted the database is in place and I can run queries using SQLplus. However I can't load all services via a web page, for example. Enterprise Manager, APEX connection... Also, I can't make a connection using SQL Developer. These were all working well before.
  
  I already searched these forums and some people have had similar problems when running 10.2 on a virtual machine and it's the listener who has a problem...
  I deleted and reinstalled the listener with Net Configuration Wizard and restarted the DB, but that did not help.
  
  Here are the results when I use tnsping. Any advice would be really appreciated! Thank you!

  I've been a job of Director Oracle for Computer Science Dept (at University).
  Part of my job is to install Oracle 11 g on a server that has windows 2003 System.next of operation is to connect to the Oracle server through the server.and of Linux and then create accounts to other students and grant privileges.
  
  
  
  I finished installing on the windows 2003 server.
  The next part, to connect to the Oracle server via the Linux server. I have access only to the Oracle (privileges) server but not on the Linux server.
  
  I'm unable to connect to the Oracle server via the Linux server.
  
  Could someone point me in the direction or recommend any hardware to connect to the Oracle server via the Linux server. Please I need help.

  You will need to install an Oracle client on the Linux server, implemented a tnsnames.ora file that includes the necessary connection information for the database of Windows Server.

• Error at startup dbconsole on Enterprise Manager (Oracle 11 g)

  We copied the directory structure of database from one server to another to duplicate a database and its instance. The instance rises, the listener starts, but the dbconsole Enterprise Manager does not start. You enter emctl start dbconsole, I get... From... followed many points and the word 'failed '.
  
  I found this post on the emdctl.trc file and also some newspapers.
  
  Common = 'aglpsmim107.r1 - core.r1.aig .net' name does not Match Hostname = 'agldsmim108.r1 - core.r1.aig .net '.
  
  I searched in vain to find out where he picked up the 'common name', so I change to the new server, (the common name is the old server, and)
  the host name is the new server). I found emd.properties and changed all occurrences of the name of the server it. I even restarted Afterword to see if this
  helps, but I still get the same result.

  Above is version has details of the client system DB we have, one or two of the DB we have a problem regarding the CPU views (100% in access DB), processing and compilation, as the operating system is prompting a msg "certain services failed to load during startup..." and the entire system is dragging , CPU to 100% and used by a file oracle.exe.
  
  Our oracle has been deployed on Win 2003, given that their updated for oracle for her has been deployed on the window, and vice versa? If you need, I'd appreciate a detailed procedure.

  I have OBIEE 11 g installed on a 32-bit windows machine. The two windows services installed, I am unable to start the Oracle process manager. When I try to launch it I get the following error:
  Error 1053: The service did not demand launch or timely control.
  
  In the end, this service call the file opmn.exe which is located at MIDDLEWAREHOME\Oracle_BI1\opmn\bin. Trying to run this file is the error we get:
  The procedure entry point longjmp could not be located in the dynamic link library orauts.dll
  
  I tried to replace the orauts.dll file, but in vain.
  
  Please let me know if you have any idea about what needs to be done.

  But when I am trying to run config.bat then it stops in the field of the creation to 0%, nothing happens, process sleeps:
  He created the field of size 9,23 mb and it displays "DOMAIN CREATION FAILS" after a long period of approximately 900 min.

  You did not follow the instructions in the other links. Not at all. If you did, you would know:

  First of all, you need to use JDK 1.6
  Second of all, you have to match to the FMW WLS version you want to use (you should use 11.1.1.4, is told by the way).

  You should:

  (1) install JDK 1.6
  (2) installation of WebLogic 10.3.4 (or, if you want to use FMW 11.1.1.3, install WLS 10.3.3)
  (3) install FMW 11.1.1.2
  (4) install 11.1.1.4 patch (or 11.1.1.3)
  (5) proceed with your configuration.
