  I have a dual boot Windows 7/Windows 8 System. All my media resides on a separate disk. All media files are owned by the user of Windows 7 and accessible. Some records are included in the media player library. When I reboot Windows 8 all records are accessible, however when I reboot then to access windows 7 is denied to records assigned to libraries. When informing me that I have no access message as I click on the button to have access at all times and get it, but when I reboot of Windows 8, and then to windows 7 permissions are removed. Can anyone help please?

  Have reformatted the partition as ExFAT and copied all the media again at her.

  Very simply: you do not have security permissions on exFAT as you do NTFS.  NTFS is a security aware exFAT file system - not so much.  In many ways, it is not all that much better than FAT32 (for security).  Since your question centered around security blocking your desired features - get rid of security, to regain functionality.
  My new suggestion is to get a drive/external support that is large enough to maintain a backup of your system. This can be any file format you want, but I suggest some SIN that you use exclusively to save on.  With that many, I'm sure that losing it would at least be a bad day for you.

  If BB ID is, as you say, new for you, then someone has configured this device with a BBID, and you can or don't want that. BBID is used to help to be sort of a "single sign on" to many things... BIS configuration, BBM, BB Protect email, etc. If you have not created this ID from BB, while you should really do is delete and create a new brand for yourself, that you store the credentials for, as you will need it from time to time (as you do now).

  To remove the unit BBID and then create one for you, you must WIPE totally clean unit... This will make the device as it was brand new, so all the data and the applications that you have installed will be gone.

  You can create events for the content of the application. Just move recordings to the content library and then create an event for her.

  Try to go to iCloud.com and connect with his Apple ID. Then select Mail and click on the gear down to the left, then select Preferences. On the general tab, under redirection, uncheck all boxes.

  If you have forgotten your username and password, call your ISP (internet service provider).
  Your ISP is the one who gave you the user name and password. They have the record. Ask them.

  At the same time ask if there is a technician who can help you with the problem of popup box.

We can integrate the javascript code in the course to do, but it needs to interact with the Server Web of BC that would actually send the email.   You can equip a form online to skip the CRM and just send an email, as a form-to-email solution. Here is some information on this topic: http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/kb/setting-form-email-using-web.html

  Basically, what I suggest is to have a form like the one described in the link above on your hidden page when they user finishes the quiz.  The IMPERATIVELY fill the fields of the form to send then you can try to use ajax to post the form back to the server with the appropriate action as described in the link above and that form will send the details to the e-mail address that you use for the form.

  It's the easy way.

  I suggest you take a step more, however.  Create a secure area where the quiz is so that you have access to information of that person as {tag_emailaddress}, {tag_firstname}, etc.  Next, create a web application to collect the results of the quiz.  Call the Quiz results.  Then, when the person is done with the quiz, on the last page of the quiz, include a similar form that is hidden in the page unless this form is not a form to e-mail but this form is a Web-based app user-created item form when the user submits an item web app.  You can use ajax still to submit/post the form once you have completed the fields with partitions using javascript.  Once the user submits this point of web application, it is attached to them, and then you can use {module_webappscustomer} on a page of the secure area to show them their results.  I assume that your quiz script can handle it, but if you want to keep a permanent record of the scores of the user in the database/crm BC then have to submit a web application results are your best way to go.

  You will need a plan that supports web applications however.  The first solution is easier, but it does not keep the partitions in the base of the BC.

  I can access e-mail very well on my phone via 4G.

After a factory reset of the router and troublehshooting hours I managed to contact my hosting service (I usually go through the dealer) and they said that my IP address has been blocked due to many failed attempts to connect to my CPanel!
