  I have a question about issues where you need to give multiple responses within the exam VCP - VTC. I am referring to issues where you are asked to choose two or three answers of the selection.

  No, you don't get marks for a partial success in examination VCP. If the answer has two choices so both are right it will be marked as incorrect. However, you get marks for a partial success for VMware VCAP as advance reviews.

  Hello. I am a relatively new user to Captivate and am trying to create a quiz. I want to have questions which may have five or more possible choices (multiple choice), but two or more are correct.

  
  For example,.

  The first three letters of the alphabet are:

  1A

  2B.

  3 C

  4 D.

  5 E

  In order to get the right answer, the user must check the first three.

  I do not see this type of question format in pre-packaged ones that come with the software. Is there a way to do this?

  It is a Question multiple choice with multiple responses, is available. You can even turn on partial credit and use the sentence.

  I just got my S10 ThinkStation 6423 CTO with BACK (try to install Windows XP, which contains the SP3) and 3 x 750 SATA in Raid 5.   I have a multiple choice question and each answer has a check box to enable the option Advanced answer.

  I have another question multiple choice and the advanced answer option is not there--not that gray... is simply not there. The only difference I see between these issues is that one of them is to have several correct answers (2 of 4 correct) while the first MCQ has only one correct answer on 4.

  Any ideas why this is missing?

  Advanced response option is available for only one correct answer. Only one

  custom question slide can give you that control.

  I can get the periods via end_dates:

  We believe that the best way to get the org_id associated with a responsibility is by checking the profile MO:Security attached to the Responsibilityl... Get the unit of order name form it and query the same hr_operating_units/table view for the Org_id...

• Iconia W700P - need to access bluetooth keyboard during the boot UEFI or need to boot from a USB

  Solved a problem, now face two other:

  The W700P will now boot from a DVD recovery Acronis TI, but to select the restore function (then the specific restore backup), it requires an entry for a keyboard. The Bluetooth keyboard supplied with the W700P does not work during the boot sequence. I prefer not to go out and buy a USB keyboard, but it is perhaps the only option.

  Or-

  The W700P boot from a USB key can stick? I read that this is impossible, but in looking at the Acer store, that's all they offer as recovery media for the W700P. I made a bootable USB key, when I bought the computer first, but I can't seem to start. All I get is repeated boot Acer screens, maybe he's trying different options in the boot order. I tried to change the order, put a password for boot and secure boot off, but I still have the same question.

  Any ideas?

  Solved once and for the moment! I now have a USB hub, USB, USB and DVD USB mouse keyboard (powered externally). Throw all these things on the machine, I was able to boot into the Acronis Recovery DVD, go to the menu and reinstall a previous backup of Windows 8.1.

  Hi, we are currently migrating from an Active Directory, existing to a new domain.  We currently use the client for users of Cisco VPN IPSec (ASA5520, version 9.1) software to to connect to VPN, and we have our DCs existing, specified as servers Radius for authentication of the user.

  We need to migrate to a new domain within our Organization, using different domain controllers.  How can I specify the users in the new domain to be authenticated using a set of domain controllers and users in the existing domain to use another set of domain controllers?  This is adjustable by creating a new group policy?  I don't see anywhere to specify that.  We have to enable authentication of users in both areas during the process of transition, it will be a gradual migration.

  You will need to create a new server group AAA pointing to the servers in the new domain for authentication.

  Then make a new connection profile that uses AAA server group.

  Your users will have to choose the connection profile (absent some more advanced stuff like issue user certificates that can be archived attributes that match a profile or another).

  This could also be done with ISE 1.3 who can act as a RADIUS server and join multiple AD domains on backend as identity stores. (or even with ISE 1.2 If you use one of the AD directories like LDAP vs native AD store).

  Welcome to the forums. To add to what actually says Banhein, use the keypad as a calculator, if you open the calculator application on your computer. Here's how:

  1. click on the start icon in the lower left corner of the screen.

  2. click all programsand then click the Accessories folder.

  3. in the list of accessories, click Calculator.

  A small window with a calculator appears on your screen. With this selected window, you can now use the keypad as you would with a calculator, or you can click on the screen, numbers and symbols. Calculations appear on the screen in the window of the calculator. I hope this helps!

  I have a problem with the automatic supply of the resource based access policy Ad and Exchange resource (or any two resources that are dependent on each other).

  On a side note, when a resource is assigned manually in the interface web IOM, that once all void tasks are made (or failed) the resource appears on the tab "resources" for a user. I think it would be more logical that this resource is listed immediately to the provision of status. Maybe it's to be able to perform a restore or validation occurs only after all the tasks are performed.

  Thank you, we did the debug more. The real problem was setting a value on the profile of the user, by a membership rule added a user to a different role, leading to the evaluation of access policies. in the process of AD in combination with prepopulators on the Exchange form that take time to complete (a few seconds). If Exchange prepops where not ready before access where assessed to new policies, we got two exchange resources. We solved the problem by using (a variant of) your suggestion leaving the task of Exchange processes a UDF and adapt the rule to check for this field's initial membership.

  I have a form that consists of drop down lists and hidden fields, depending on the response to the drop-down list, then a hidden field appears. I am bad at work is how the code if a user answers Yes to the first drop-down list, this then invites a fall lower, who once answered will 3 more open fields.

  I created a simple example for you. Note that the code that shows and hides is about the e eexit event of the DDLists. I put the parts of the evidence of address in a subform, and I have to hide the subform to hide all of its child components... I don't have to hide each component of the object of the evidence in the record. Also, the form must be saved under Dynamics for the presence changnes is taken into account.

  Hello! I am trying to create a quiz in Captivate 4, but I'm running into a bit of trouble. I am using multiple - answer multiple choice questions, but I want to rank in a granular way, instead of completely. So far, if a user forgets one answer or just checking one of them which is incorrect, the whole issue is counted wrong. I would like to be able to give the user of 10 points for each answer to the question (and possibly-10 points for each answer additional "bad").

  Is it possible to change the ranking of these issues other than writing my own question widget?

  With question slides by default partial credit is not possible. However, since you are using CP4, you can build your own question slides, using legends, clickboxes (or buttons) and calculate the score on the use of variables and advanced actions. The other workaround is to create your own widget Question indeed.
