  Serious PC recently suffered delays a few days after a format and fresh install, CPU spikes at 100%. Especially watch the video and You Tube, but also a few internet broswering. No maleware, spyware or virus. Went through various things to solve the problem without success.

  Then I did a format and a new facility. At this point, the only difference with the previous install I've not updated the PC via windows update and the problem disappeared.

  Obviously for security updates are required, but there are about 130 updates installed. Is there a way to identify the update was the cause of the problem without having to install an update at a time. What updates are most important.

  If your BB is still enabled on your business system, you must talk to your BES admins... they apply this block through BES IT policy.

  If you want to say that you are separate from your company and no longer use their services, then their BES admins does not correctly clean your device when they gave it to you. In this case, you need this:

  You must of course a full backup first, the instructions for which you can find in my auto-sig on this post. But when you restore, make sure you DON'T make a full restore... just do a selective restore of the databases you need (e.g., contacts, calendar, etc.), especially avoiding any database that have nothing to with politics COMPUTER, company, etc.. If you do not restore those, you find yourself right back where you are now, because who will dutifully restore politics to the TI back to your BB.

  Twitter started badly so I thought I'd be smart and reinstall it. However, after the removal of the it, he refused to tΘlΘcharger AppWorld. He asks me to check my network settings.   I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  Then I suggest that you clear the cache of application AppWorld via these steps:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

  3. for Storm/Pearl - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  4. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  5. return to the AppWorld. Connect to MyWorld (if there is one) and try again.

  I have been using everything ok through POP3 email on my blackberry for the last six months and then all of a sudden yesterday asked me to check the password that I tried to do it but the only message I get, is that my user name or password is invalid.  This is not the case, as I am with the same username and password on outlook and my Ipad and these work perfectly. Can anyone help?

  We had a problem with our email on Wednesday, it is now sorted and the passwords have not been changed.

  I tried the hard reset, tried to set up online service, free books works and still will not accept the good user name and the password.  It's driving me crazy!

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  1) register HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  2) Remove and return Service books

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  3) restart

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

  I get a pop up box that says that my player acrobat 7 has known compatibility with this version of Windows.  I have vista. I [ve check the box don't show this message, run and cancel at different times.  When I click on cancel, sometimes it blocks my computer at 2 minutes before he goes.

  Your version of Adobe Acrobat 7 is not compatible with Windows Vista. You must upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Acrobat.
  You may be able to get installed it but perhaps not all of the features you can see on the problem you are experiencing.
  If you want to update, it would be better to upgrade to a version that will run on Windows 7 If you upgrade your computer.

  The problem with YouTube, look at the link here from YouTube for help with graphics issues.

  My twitter widget will not update unless I open the application.

  No matter which setting I'm missing?

  Go to the store to play find your application and press 'read more' and after scrolling down, you should see the email from the developer.  So if you already updated to Android 6, then try this, I don't have the phone with me, but I'll try my best:

  Go to settings

  Go to battery

  Press the «...» "in the upper right corner

  Select battery optimization

  You should see the category "not optimized.

  Tap it and select 'all' - I think...

  Find your application in the list and you should be able to select "not optimize" or something like that.

  Give it a try and wait, it might help + email the developer, this would not hurt no more.

  My Blackberry Torch was stolen recently.  Now that I got my new camera and everything seemed to work OK.  I received emails addressed to it and who is "pushed".  I tried to download an app and had my Blackberry ID need I entered.  She would not accept my new password - so I asked to reset - but the email they were supposed to be sent to my blackberry address did not!  Does anyone have ideas, what can I do now?

  Oh okay Ouch, the using the blackberry.net email account is not good. These emails cannot be found or read any where, but on the BlackBerry smartphone.

  Personally, I never recommend using blackberry.net for this main reason e-mail accounts.

  My best suggestion is to get a gmail or yahoo account for free and create a whole new BlackberryID.

  Then, call your mobile operator Orange and ask them to bring this problem to RIM level two level tech support and get your old account merged or moved to the new BlackBerryID.

  Yes, it's complicated. But it's the only way I see possible... all this because of the password reset. Yuck, indeed.
