  If I check the records with the associated profile adobe ID, the subscription has already expired due to non-payment of the invoice.

  I spent several hours on the phone (for most pending) for the same problem, so if this message appears as hostile, please don't take it like that. I'm frustrated with the level of telephone assistance "" I received for a few days. My Lightroom app appears as 'expired' when I try to log in. For some background... I've been on photography and recently upgraded plan updated comprehensive plan of CC. For that to happen, "hotline" had me cancel my photo package and then buy the complete plan of the CC. After a sign out / connection on my computer, everything was fine. The problem is with Lightroom Mobile on my Galaxy Edge 6. Now, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the phone and tried fresh install on other android devices to get the same message that my subscription is expired. I can access the CC app on the android... but not Lightroom Mobile. After all is said and done, people to 'support' phone informed me that my only course of action was to contact an EXPERT via these forums. This seems like a strange model to support customer (I even had to find forums on mine) when it comes to climbing of a problem. That being said, I stay semi full of hope that the software I pay for every month can actually operate at a given time. Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated.

  If you are still having the same issue, you must connect with different Adobe ID.

  Location of the SLCache file:

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

  It will open the folder System Library.

  (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

  Under folder Adobe, you can locate the two SLCache as well as the SLStore folder.

  I'm working on an upgrade of the oracle for application server and a couple of patterns are set to EXPIRED (GRACE) and the expiration date is empty. It is ASO, AR, etc. I don't know what initially was the password is there a way to unexpire password without knowing the original? I could change the password but I don't know so things would leave work if they are registered somewhere.

  But if you do not want to change the password, then you can use under request

  alter user 'username' identified by values 'current encrypted password';
  

  In the above query current encrypted password would be the password in the table dba_users. It would not change the current password.

  If this isn't the case, you can do it with an external db such as MS AD? How?

  As much as to be able to do that in the AD, it is possible, you can consult the following documentation that shows how to set the attributes of the AD, I helped a client recovering the lockouttime attribute in its AD environment, I don't think that this attribute is present in the 2003 domain controller because I was unable to replicate this attribute.

  Another step would be to use useraccountcontrol-

  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305144 - if set a simple condition, if this value is 512 can you allow access, when you lock the account it will add status to disable for the account type if it is 512 (Normal_Account), it is equal to 514. The safest is to see what value you have for the guest account by retrieving the attribute after you create the account, create a condition which corresponds to this account.
