  I checked the Thunderbird FAQ (or what is the information that I found) but there is no explanation of this warning.

  -C' is a working IMAP with STARTTLS on port 143

  -the server is using a self-signed certificate (not expired), which Thunderbird complains not in the warning

  -with the help of a Setup from another existing SMTP account (no control in the Mail account setup dialog box)

  So I ask myself, what this warning is really all.

  Watch dialog box seems to occur only if:

  • There is an e-mail account, SMTP outgoing self-signed certificate
  • The new e-mail account uses the only existing outgoing SMTP Protocol

  This could be a default in Thunderbird 31.7.0, because there is only one such warning dialog to the configuration of the e-mail account that is used for reporting several different problems.   You need the BlackBerry data service on your line.  You will need to associate your BlackBerry with your data service account.  And the service books must be pushed and received by the device.  Sounds complicated but it isn't.   Talk to your service provider.  Make sure you have a regular signal good mobile network if you receive service books.   Then use the configuration of e-mail again and you will see the option to add the Internet e-mail.

Seems you jave to do via a Web site and not on the phone itself. Now the user name and password they've put in place for me is not workoing, so I asked for a new password. He confirmed that he will be sent to my phone. I don't seem to have that kind of message. Any advice?

  Thanks for the help. He came close to solving the problem. I'm on a Mac. To change password settings, go to Thunderbird/preferences/security/saved passwords, select the account, and then click Remove, or get rid of all the saved passwords, click on delete all. Hope this helps another Mac user. It would be nice to add using information.

  I just installed ACS on Windows. I'm trying to set up an administrator account. When I created the account in the control of the Administration in the browser and click on submit, the browser says "Error on page" and will not submit. Therefore, I am unable to create an account.

  It is installed on Windows 2003 SP1, on top of VMware. Browser is IE6 SP1.

  Y at - it a more compatible browser that I should install? Is there another method to create an admin account?

  Yes, your customer would need to create their own Adobe ID to make a purchase - it should be a single email address & the implementation is the same.

  Enhanced license would be OK for this.

  I noticed that there is a difference in the date of e-mail displayed in Thunderbird (the account as IMAP configuration) compared to the same date by email in Outlook (POP account setup). See attachment.

  Last night my vision was open when I got an email. Later that night, I open Thunderbird and have downloaded the same email but the time displayed is not real time, that the mail has been sent - it was the era of that email was recovered by Thunderbird! I have not seen this King of behavior among other customers of mail before, and I am puzzled. FYI, I use different e-mail clients for different sets of e-mail accounts (professional vs. personal) but a couple of e-mail accounts are on two email clients.

  After some quick research, I found the culprit:

  A Date entry does not appear in the email and adds that there is the issue of IMAP that is fixed by the addon that you made me. So basically, you were right.

  The missing header entry should have been something like this:

  Date: Monday, August 17, 2015 14:19:05 GMT

  Note that the addon fixed the date in the received column (need to add the column; It is not displayed by default) after I did a repair on the Inbox folder (please refer to the instructions of the addon).
