If you fill out your application on the BlackBerry world on the side of business, the default account is the ActiveSync/Exchange e-mail.

    Hi admisi

This question is very strange. I have a Satellite P20 and my e800 is also connected via the USB cable, but I don't really have that kind of problems. The wireless connection to my router is configured on both units and I can use both at the same time (in this case usually remove the PDA in the cradle).

If I understand you right, you use just a WLAN. You have the same problem if you delete PDA from the cradle?

Please check if you have installed the latest driver. If Intel BG2200 wireless card in your laptop, there is a problem connecting with older drivers. The new we could solve your problem too (new driver Version: V9.0.2.31).

  • Connect my PDA (WM6.1) to my laptop for activesync

I use Vista SP2 + Bluetooth Stack for Windows 5.10.17 (F) given by my laptop Fujitsu.

I wonder why I can't find the remote 'ActiveSync' service after peeling upward with my laptop.

    Could someone help?

Your Bluetooth stack version is quite old. Try to update if Fujitsu offers a newer version to support features such as selective suspend. Maybe that's the problem here. If you can't get a more recent version, then I would try to install the version that is available on the Toshiba site:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/?page=download
Try to set up this new. If it worked then uninstall the battery Bluetooth again, but keep the settings. The uninstall wizard asks. Now reinstall your original version of 5.10.17 (F). The version is old, once again, but I guess that most recent drivers remain in the system.

    Hi all!

In the Panel of bluetooth settings of vista I have 2 coms configured (one for the outgoing and one for entrants), but I can't find them on my e800. So I can't create a connection between the two Bluetooth activesync.

    Hello Fabio

Just a question: Activesync is compatible with Vista?

  • The ActiveSync connection with PAN configuration failure

    Hello world
I have a windows mobile 6 smartphone (Samsung Sgh i-780). It is coupled to my PC (win 7 race) as PAN via bluetooth and it works fine. I have set up connection for ActiveSync using the selection "com7" as described on this Web site. I've matched PC and mobileusing 'add new hardware '. The PC is recognized with a port 'ActiveSync', but when I want to "connect Bluetooth" bluetooth (Menu in Activesync on mobile) partnership, is not recognized. Control to the list of partnership confirms that the PC is always OK!
What I don't understand, is that everything looks ok, when mobile was not already associated with the PC as a device of the PAN. Very strange.
Does anyone have the solution or advice to solve my problem. It's a shame not to be able to use all available facilities provide a Smartphone.
I got to mention that the problem occur while PAN connection is not in use (PC not connected through PAN and mobile not connected to the internet).

    Thank you, best regards,.

Can you please tell me why this question on the forum of Toshiba?
You have the desktop or laptop computer?
Who is the manufacturer of PC and BT material?

Whenever you write on ActiveSync. It is unclear to me that this product has nothing with Toshiba. Please don t get me wrong, but I'm a bit confused of m.

On my Toshiba laptop, I have the BT module and use it with preinstalled Toshiba BT stack. From time to time I use connection BT for photo transfer from my mobile phone to the laptop but you have no ActiveSync software.

  • ActiveSync does not-how use bluetooth Windows driver?

Well, I almost gave up on trying to get the Toshiba Bluetooth stack to work with my QTek PDAphone. The reason is that the stack does not correctly list all the functions of the unit and that is why I can not configure the activesync program uses the correct com port.

Frankly, I'm disappointed that Toshiba has chosen to ship their own implementation of bluetooth special for Windows when Windows has its own.

The question I have is, is it a "correct way" completely remove the supplied bluetooth Toshiba stack (without using the Ghost image before installing it, I did) and get a good Windows bluetooth driver?

Regarding the security of bluetooth, the only security I saw using the Toshiba stack, is that you can actually make works with anything so you're not at additional risk.

P.S. I tested with other devices bluetooth WindowsCE, same problem.

    Hello

I put t understand why you don't like to use n battery Toshiba Bluetooth. I use this future with my cell phone and other applications and it works correctly.
But if you want to remove it, so I recommend to do so under the option to add and remove programs
There you should find the Toshiba Bluetooth stack and there ca remove you.

    Good bye

  • Cannot match Smartphone with Satellite A100 for ActiveSync

    Hi, on board.

I can't use ActiveSync to sync my phone with the laptop; It seems that the twinning of 2 devices fails.
With USB connection I can ActiveSync successfully.

    My devices are:
    * Toshiba Satellite A100 (PSAA9) with ActiveSync 4.2 and Toshiba Bluetooth Stack 4.20.01
    * HTC MTeor with Windows Mobile 5.0 SmartPhone

I tried to follow the HowTo in:
    http://APS.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/

How-> ActiveSync via Bluetooth (TOSHIBA PC - smartphone with Windows Mobile 5)

I find cela the opportunity to say that it is wrong that the HowTo is not in the English language.

In any case, I followed him through until page 8, 18 statement, where the third picture shows the box in ActiveSync checked; my phone doesn't have this box: it has "Serial Port".
I check "Serial Port" (also tried not to check...) and continue until the 21 statement. Well, it stops there; I don't understand that messagebox; in fact nothing happens, not in the laptop or the phone and they don't get matched.

Found here a recent thread, asserting the need to define COM7 in the registry. I did it. Oddly enough, COM7 is not my LoalCOM server, but a customer LocalCOM; COM8 is the LocalCOM server.
    I tried also with COM8.

I tried to remove Bluetooth Stack completely and reinstall (embedded version and latest version).
    I reinstall ActiveSync 4.2.
I also tried with ActiveSync 4.5 BETA.

    Nothing worked for me.
    Help, please.

Note: I have activesynced the same phone via bluetooth successfully with a HP laptop which has its own bluetooth software with, I think, virtual serial port driver of widdcomm.

    Thank you.

    Hello

This Smartphone is not known to me, but I really put t know why you try to use BT between MTeor and laptop when connecting USB works. Using this connection, you can do whatever you want.

BT on Smartphone is useful if you want to connect the small BT headset, but I don't see the reason to try this when the USB connection is working successfully.

If there is no success I put t think it is Toshiba related question and also try to contact HTC support. They know more about the own products.

    Good luck!

  • After BT stack installation smartphone does not find 'BT ActiveSync' service

After that I updated the new BT 4.20.1, my smartphone stack not found service 'BT ActiveSync' on my laptop.
    It cannot find "Serial Port".

    Hello

This is a problem that is typical If ActiveSync on the side of the PC is not running or not configured to COM7.
The PDA - side BT Serial Port of the laptop will be detected as a Port of BT ActiveSync If ActiveSync is running and configured on the side PC.

    Explanation:
The PDA will send the 'CUSTOMER' command on the serial port remote and if the response "CLIENTSERVER", the serial port will be detected as a sync Active BT Port

The following registry key will assign COM7 Sync-port for the side AS PC:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows CE Services]
    "COM7 SerialPort"=""

Please make sure that the BT from TOSHIBA stack is installed correctly. [START]-[Control Panel]-[Bluetooth Local COM], check if COM7 is designated as "LocalCOM Server".

  • ActiveSync via Bluetooth: no available ActiveSync profile

I have an another laptop computer manufacturers under XP Pro with a stack of Toshiba BT (v.4.31.02 (D)) and a Toshiba BT mini-PCI card (though renamed as Wireless 360 Bluetooth Module).

I would like to be able to synchronize my PDA (a T-Mobile MDA Vario2 running Windows Mobile 5) to your PC via ActiveSync (I have installed v.4.5) but I suck. Most is that when I set up the partnership between the PDA and the PC, only profiles I see are wireless stereo and the Serial Port.

The ActiveSync profile is not displayed. I read the document how to make here and the help in the actual stack file, but any COM port I select, via the Bluetooth COM Local application and the ActiveSync connection settings dialog, I can't always this ActiveSync profile to appear.

Any help and advice gratefully received.

    Martin.

    Hello

According to your message, I presume that you have already checked the help documents which can be found here:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/?page=HOWTO

To be honest, I never connected your device to a PC, but another Pocket PC.
Usually, you go to the Pocket PC BT settings and there you have to select Tools-> search for the device.
Then tab hold ActiveSyncPC and select Update service.

Then you should see the name of the service. There, you have to tab and hold the 7 COM and select ActiveSync for registration. Then, you can enter any login name and then tab OK. Now, you can configure some settings of ActiveSync. If you don t have an existing partnership, you should uncheck Auto Connect ActiveSync and tab on OK

Perhaps this little education could help a little.

  • V06.10.07.2 (T) Toshiba BT Stack with ActiveSync 4.5 on Windows Mobile 6

    Hello

I've looked everywhere for the v06.10.07.2 (T) of Toshiba BT Stack with ActiveSync 4.5 on the functioning of Windows Mobile 6. I still didn't find any solution.

Everything that I found is a tutorial from this site, how to get a Toshiba pc synchronized with active sync 4.2 on a windows mobile 5! Not really useful:)
As you can see, it differs much, ActiveSync 4.2 to 4.5 and windows mobile 5 or 6

If there is no tutorial recommend if it still runs on a windows mobile device, that would be a thread of reference for all customers with the same problem, since windows mobile 6 is standard (and soon WinMo 7 version 2009).

I m having a htc touch cruise Pocket PC with windows mobile 6 and the new Toshiba Bluetooth stack on my pc (win xp sp2 + sp3) installed > v06.10.07.2 (T) Toshiba BT Stack with active sync 4.5.

    Thank you all in advance!
    DAE

    Installation is pretty easy.

    Laptop:
Set the COM port appropriate in Active Sync that adapts to your COM Server Bluetooth port. It is normally COM7.

    PDA with Windows Mobile 6:
Ensure COM Bluetooth Manager is on.
Configure the port on the laptop with Active Sync:
Start->settings->connections->Bluetooth->devices->add new feature-> select your laptop-> port select "Active Sync"...

  • Xoom does support ActiveSync and ESP?

I'm assuming that the Xoom will support ActiveSync for manual users said that it syncs with Exchange 2007, however, anyoen knows if she supports the ESP? It is a requirement of my corporate security policy.

    I wouldn't think that immediately.

the last phone motorcycle all use motoblur to crochet for exchange active sync. MOTOBLUR has additional security features that Vanilla android 2.x does NOT.

So unless google has put several security 3.x vanilla EAS features it may or may not work-function server settings (for example what security policies the organization applies).

Some exchange servers are large open and will pretty much do anything to connect. Others are more like fort knox and require the device to be able to do all sorts of things.

Touchdown are available in the market - and I guess that it works on the xoom. It is a REPLACEMENT for the EAS built in support which has some of the additional security features THAT may require an exchange server.
