  I am a user of mobile tablet (Windows 8).  I am connected via wifi mobile data sometimes, and I need to enter a font or make a quick update to a project with a new font etc. Illustrator or InDesign.  The problem is that when a Cloud Desktop updated creative is available, it forces you to update.  This can be slow and costly over a mobile network.  Is it possible to ignore an update temporarily so that you can operate without the update?  Quite frankly the creative office of Cloud application seems to have an update every three or four days - makes it annoying.

  Windows: C/Program Files (X 86) / Common Files/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPref.dat and rename it.

  Mac: / Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterinventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPref.dat and rename it.

• Mobile data turn power switch on the second user profile

  I just put a second user profile on my Xperia z3 compact for my girlfriend, she's going to borrow the phone for a few weeks, but I can't find an option to enable mobile data using his profile.
  If I turn my profile and then go to hers, she'll have mobile data, but I wanted to be able to control it without having to change.
  There is no option to choose the NPP or mobile data turn on slide it towards the bottom of the configuration menus (the pencil icon) on his profile.
  I'm running the stock android 5.1.1 Xperia.
  Anyone know if this is possible and how? Thank you.

  When I use mobile data on my iPhone 5, the battery seems to run out quickly. When I say fast, I mean very quickly, it will drop 100% completely dead in 20 minutes.   You know what's using your data. Do you use FB Messenger a lot? Turn off mobile data as a test for a day. If your mobile data fails, you have your answer/solution. Video calls are huge for the use of the data.

  The phone should be able to detect and select wifi on the cell data when both are present, but sometimes it isn't. If your signal wifi cycles or drops during your call video, data of the cell comes into play to keep you going. Even if wifi is disabled.

  Disabling global cellular data or only FB Messenger can be your best way to control this.

  What you can try instead of delete the APN is to edit and check the APN type. If the APN type contains "extra", delete and save the APN.

  There is nothing to turn off.  If the device is in airplane mode, all the radio are switched off voltage, therefore no data or voice at all connections.  Similarly, if you remove the SIM card, it cannot be any cellular connection at all, so nothing to turn off in what concerns cellular data (or voice).  With the SIM card, wifi could still be used if there is a network in range.  But with wifi off and the SIM card on, once again, there is no possible connection data of any kind.
