  I've had this laptop in 2014 and he gave me hell at first, then it worked, then during the transition to the w10, he gave more hell. Fast forward to 2016, I your desktop appropriate because frankly I couldn't count on the laptop more curiously it is performed without a hitch for a while now.

  Aspire V5 - 573G has only a single memory and 4 GB soldered on the motherboard. Speccy shows probably these 4 GB as a free slot. You should check with CPU-Z version zipped (without installation). It will give you the right result: 8 + 4 and no free slot.

  Hi people. I have an Acer T272HUL with a spring support arms in the back. Until today it worked perfectly, but suddenly, it's like spring has lost some of its tension and now it won't last to the top of the screen. I removed the cover to the support arm and can see the spring, etc., but I see no obvious way to tighten the spring so that there will be more tension.

  Anyone know how or what I need to speak with Acer warranty support? I've only had the monitor for about 45 days.

  OK, I bought the ACER AC100 - model XEON and like the SERVER. Installed Essentials 2012 and all is good.

  I want to move the RAM to the 16GB KIT and cannot locate a list QVL of ACER which specifies the compatible memory, manufacturers, kits, etc.

  CRUCIAL.COM lists a 16 GB kit that fits the PLUG but I would rather not order 200.00 $ memory ECC unknowingly will be compatible.

  Im trying to find a compatible graphics driver for my Aspire 7520-5185 with a Nvidea 7000-n610M video card. Nvidea site says the drivers that they are not compatible with some drivers for laptop (they are not as I tried them). I tried the Vista and Windows 7 drivers and they seem to load but have no effect and I still do not see the Nvidia card listed in device, only the default Microsoft Driver Manager. I was running Win 8 Pro X 64 and the driver 179.48 worked, but not with Win Pro 10 X 64. Any ideas of the place where and if Acer will be a compatible driver. I wanted to sell the laptop but not until I found a driver that works. I have improved over the years of Vista. I hope I can find my old Windows 7 key and reinstall Win 7 so I can sell it.   However, you can install the latest WHQL (since August 2010) generic driver 259.47 which has been provided by Microsoft for Windows 8. Simply extract the .cab file and update the driver manually from the Device Manager.

I recently tried to download a ultraviolet movie by Flixter on my aspire with the hd option, and it is came up with basically told me what that it, or a display on it was not HDCP. However with the Aspire R7 - 571 being listed as HD, I am aware, I guess that would mean it would be HDCP.
