• Version Acrobat 7 reinstall question

  I have acrobat 7.  The machine, in that it has been installed had a fatal accident; Adobe cannot be uninstalled as the machine is destroyed. I want to install on a new machine. It doesn't seem to be a way to activate it. You do not have phone activation and the activation of the internet does not work either. This seems to be the only way to ask for help.  We use an old acrobat because it allows us to edit PDF documents as if it was a MS word document. Your new versions of adobe do not seem to offer that, instead, it does not appear to offer high prices and fewer features.

• Acrobat 9 Pro reinstall question (OSX 10.11.2)

  A few years ago, I bought a Suite CS5 (Mac), which includes Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. It worked fine until I recently did a new install of OS X El Capitan. The problem looks exactly like this post: Acrobat Pro 9 reinstall question (OSX 10.10.3)

  Unfortunately, Adobe has not given an answer on how to resolve this issue, that's why I'm reposting this again (as it is the only way to get in touch). I do not understand that the product is old enough, but in any case, I should be able to use it – I'm not updates, bugfixes etc. Other applications such as Photoshop CS5 work correctly. Why not Acrobat?

  Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Mac OS 10.5 above, please make sure that you use the application on a platform compatible Adobe Acrobat required configuration.

  In an incompatible environment request may or may not work.

  I have Acrobat 10 installed but recently installed CD player and it is not compatible with the Government sites and said to uninstall. I tried to install an earlier version of the player, but it fails with the following error: "the browser PDF Acrobat plug in DC is missing - reinstall Acrobat Reader DC for solve the problem" impossible to reinstall everything.   I was able to run the option repair in Acrobat X and that fixed the browser add-in drive DC is not compatible with any web site of the Government at this time. I have access to these sites all the time and did not know when I've upgraded to DC the question.

  I have a pc Compaq Presario 6000 and a HP all-in-one Officejet 7310.

  I'm trying to uninstall - reinstall.

  I uninstalled "add and remove programs" but folders in my c:\Program files\ relating to Imaging HP\digital and many other things

  I also in the registry, files that are HP

  Can someone tell me if any of these files are associated with the my Compaq computer? (now owned by HP) and which are safe to delete in c:\program files and the registry (run - regedit)

  Really appreciate any help you can give to help me identify what I can safely remove.

  I had problems trying to install the software after my computer has been reformatted (windows xp)

  Whenever I tried to install it... it would disappear... so always tried to install.  The icon of the HP Director that allows to install desktop scanning, printing, fax, program choices don't copy never installed.  Although I was able to print from the computer, I wasn't able to scan to it.  I was able to scan to my Mac pro laptop computer wireless... but not for the PC that was attached to the printer via ethernet... Tower...

  First, run the cleaning utility file and then use the registry cleaner by selecting in the icon on the left.  Click scan for issue and when the analysis is complete, click on fix selected issues, save when you are prompted, and then delete them.  Repeat this process until no questions are.

  Just as an additional note, I always found the free version of Revo Uninstaller to be very good.

  Hi I am currently using Adobe Acrobat on my macbook. I downloaded a pdf file and in the police box he showed with the appropriate text 'Open without Semibold' name. However when I try to add text it turns in a different font and it does not list the original fonts in the text selection bar. My question is how can I use the same font (open without Semibold) if I want to add or change text?

  You should have used the recovery disks that you created when you received first the computer to reinstall the operating system.

  It is the only way to get the ASUS installed programs.

  Contact ASUS support, they may be able to provide the recovery disks.

  Try to reduce the amount of RAM installed on a unique key.

  Disconnect all non-essential devices you have attached to the system.

  Try the following

  Boot from the Windows 7 DVD

  Click Install now

  Accept the license agreement

  When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

  Press SHIFT + F10 from your keyboard

  type the following commands

  DISKPART

  Press enter

  the list volume

  Next, you select the volume where you want to install Windows 7

  Type: select disk #.

  Type: clean

  Try to make a custom with the Windows 7 DVD installation:

  Boot from the Windows 7 DVD

  Click Install now

  Accept the license agreement

  When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

  Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 7 click Next.

  You will receive the following warning:

  The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

  (At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

  The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

  Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

  You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

  I have an old copy of Photoshop CS2 which I am trying to reinstall.  I have the serial number recorded in my adobe account, but my physicalcopy is unable to contact the server to activate.  I tried to download the program directly from Adobe, but the downloaded version does not recognize my series.  What else can I do to activate Photoshop CS2?

  I thought about it.  I'm a fool.  I tried to install the full creative Suite.  I've only ever owned of Photoshop.  Thanks for putting up with me.

  Acrobat and Acrobat Reader are two different applications. You must download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in order to to use.

  Having to reinstall the CS6 due to a problem of Windows 10... installation asks me to provide a serial number CS5, but I did not she, not more... must register in a diff account

  I assumed that you had already checked with all the possible Adobe ID.

  If you don't remember Adobe ID, check with all possible Email ID, if you can get a proof of purchase, you can retrieve the serial number.
