  I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.

  If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

• Since this morning, creative cloud doesn't work more (the icon appears in grayscale in the menu bar).

  Pluggable creative cloud for more than a year this morning, to restart my mac, creative cloud refused to run on the mac of the company. I have just a gray icon on the menu bar, but the Panel is empty.

  I'm on a system 10.7 (Lion).

  I rebooted several times, but nothing helped.

  Home (a mac en 10.9) it works. Is this related to the system?

  I currently have a license for the full desktop edition Adobe Acrobat Pro. I must also have signed up for the free trial to the creative cloud. As the creative cloud is not needed, how can I stop receiving messages from upgrading to the paid edition of the creative cloud?

  Once Adobe Creative applications are uninstalled, you can reinstall the Adobe Acrobat Professional.  If you need a new copy of the retail installation files, they are available to other downloads.

  I have the educator Cloud creative photography package.  I wanted to move to the full suite for 19.99 a month I think.  It won't let me.  I'm a little upset that it was not available when I bought my first package.  So now I guess I have to pay full price for the package upgraded cloud?  Please let me know if this is correct.  Not excited about that at all.

  I don't think that I never heard of an educator Photoshop package... just normal one that rents for 9.99 per month.  If you are eligible for all of the education, there should not be any reason that you cannot subscribe to the education plan.  I don't know that you can drop the regular plan to acquire education plan without incurring the penalty of early cancellation without trying to get Adobe customer service to work out with you if they are willing.

  Please try to start the application in creative cloud and click button "license this software" When prompt.

  Sign In with the Adobe ID, you bought subscription creative cloud.

  After that successful sign in to activate your subscription.

  It is student-teacher license for creative cloud as wel. If you need three or more apps to the cloud I suggest to get a full license. It gives you right to all applications and you are always up to date. Plus, you get some nice as storage and web Cloud benefits and Fund policies.
