Acrobat Pro DC became a trial

Upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC through the creative application of cloud turned acrobat in a trial version on a Mac, but not on another.

Why?

We had to uninstall DC and back to XI that solved the obligation to subscribe. For me, this means that Acrobat is always recognized as part of the creative cloud subscription. So why is DC showing as a trial version and asking us to enroll in a plan when the full price creative cloud is already paid?

Thank you, very happy, for your response. Neetu from Adobe has been in touch with me by email to request the log files and found them I have two Adobe ID, that seem to allow me to sign in a creative cloud after the disconnection, but alone is recognized as the ID under which programs, including Acrobat XI and then Acrobat Pro ms, are allowed. Creative cloud signature and signed back with the piece of identification did the trick, like Acrobat Pro DC watch now is more like a trial version.

Again, I thank you time trying to help with this.

    Please post on the Adobe forums.

    Once you have downloaded Acrobat Pro DC, begin the 'demo' and provide the Adobe ID (if it is a subscription) or the (if allowed) serial key to activate the software through the Activation dialog box that appears.

  • How can I extend acrobat pro XI of the trial version

    How can I extend acrobat pro trial version XI, damage my PC and download again, but when I run the application while he was the popup trail has expired.

    You cannot extend a trial that has expired - the only way to continue to use it is to buy it.  You need to install the trial on another computer to be able to use it again as a test.

    Hello

    We would like to try acrobat pro dc.

    For some reason, the adobe Web site think my linux pc is a mac and sends me a .dmg file when I want to download software acrobat pro dc of the trial. I need for windows platform 7.

    Where can I find the download for other platforms section in this Web site?

    The pc that I want to install has no internet connection, so I want to find the 'full' version, not the tiny installer it takes to download the product before it can start installing.

    Thx for your help

  • How to reverse the order of the Pages in Acrobat Pro ms

    Old problem but the Javascripts there do not work for me and the whole implementation of scripting in Acrobat Pro MS became more difficult.

    I have books that are crawled back to the front so the PDF on page 300 of the book is page 1 of the PDF and 300 of the PDF page is page 1 of the book

    I just need to select all the pages and reverse their order. But this doesn't seem to be an option in one of the tools for editing, organization of a page.

    Javascripts out there used to add a menu item in the menu "Documents":

    app.addMenuItem ({cName: "Opposite Page", cParent: "File", cExec: 'PPReversePages();', cEnable: 'event.rc = (event.target!}) (= null); ', NPO: 0

    });

    function PPReversePages()

    {

    var t = app.thermometer;

    t.Duration = this.numPages;

    t.Begin ();

    for (i = this.numPages - 1; i > = 0; i)

    {

    t.Valeur = (i - this.numPages) *-1;

    this.movePage (i);

    t.Text = "Moving page" + (i + 1);

    }

    t.end ();

    } / / JavaScript Document

    but I can't find any way to run this script...

    NO.... I went to

    Support/Adobe/Acrobat ~users/mydrive/application

    and there is no "JavaScript" folder there... I made one, put it in the script and restart Acrobat: 'Nada' nothing.

    But back on the web and research: I found this solution that works.

    In Acrobat Pro DC go to

    1. Tools--> [scroll all the way down]-->
    2. Customize-->
    3. Action Wizard-->
    4. New Action--> [scroll the left panel under "choose tools to add :-->
    5. More tools-->
    6. Run JavaScript-->
    7. the new action appears on the right panel-->
    8. "Set your default values: let him-files to process--> file currently open by default.
    9. Under the "execute Javascript", click on-->
    10. Specify the parameters (why he didn't say "Enter your Script"?)
    11. another panel inaugurates his... paste this script:
    12. for (var i = this.numPages - 1; i > = 0; i--) this.movePage (i);
    13. Click OK to close and then save the action...
    14. Asked to name the action,
    15. Name it 'Reverse the Page order' and save...
    16. New action now appears in the action list Wizard Actions "reverse the Page order.

    It works!

    In my humble OPINION of older versions of Acrobat had a menu scripts at the top of the screen, right, totally accessible.

    Of course if you were not 'in' JS you can ignore it... But if you * use scripts *, he is not buried.

    This new UX is one of the worst imaginable scenarios.

    Maybe the Acrobat team has lost it's top UX people?

  • Reinstall Acrobat Pro XI in Windows8

    I kept getting a pop up that my software Acrobat Pro XI was a trial and a game to expire.  So I uninstalled.  But now it always shows to the top in my list of creative as cloud being installed.  When I try to download the program I get redirected right back to the list of funds.  I really need to reinstall the program as part of my creative cloud and any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Acrobat Pro XI acts as a licensed product is a trial version

    Three users were provided for Acrobat Pro XI licenses and installed on their computer yesterday. Today, they reported having a pop-up thanking them for the use of the trial version and purchase a license for DC.

    Now, I understand if they had selected "trial subscription or" when installing in a first time, but these are versions under license with serial numbers.

    Is there a mistake being neglected, or a way to prevent that pop up?
