  It is not possible to disable the license from one computer crashed or possible to check which serial number has been used on computer because they are encrypted.

  A retail license is good to be installed on 2 machines. I checked your account and found 4 different serial numbers of Acrobat registered for your account.

  It is always suggested to buy a volume license, if you have more than 2 machines instead of buy 4 different serial numbers.

  I checked all the serial numbers entered and you have sufficient activation count remaining to cover all your machines.

  I had a lot of trouble installing Acrobat Pro through creative cloud. I click the button install and the percentage goes completely to 100%. Creative cloud indicates that it is "Up date" but it is not in the Applications folder and cannot be launched using Alfred - he's just not here. I tried different things, including the cleaning tool. I tried to install it again but the same result. What should I do to get installed it? I tried to download the installer of the trial, but for some reason any download doesn't start not the Manager.   I tried to update Acrobat 10, but I get the error messages on a file Data1.cab not being is not present. I uninstalled Acro 10, as having received guidance and reinstalled CS6, but Acrobat Pro has not been installed. Here is the error message in the log:

  I managed to solve this problem by running the cleanup CS6 for Mac tool and reinstall the Application Manager. Please follow the steps below.

  1. close all Adobe Applications.

  2 cleaning Downlaod CS6 tool and run it.

  3. remove the CS6 applications using this tool.

  I work for my company and I'm having problems with non - Creative Cloud Acrobat Pro XI and deleted the software CC.

  1. If the next screen asks you to enter your serial number, please enter your enterprise serial key.

  2. If you are prompted to sign in at any time, please connect with identification code adobe to Jon who does not have a license CC associated with it.

  Please try this and let us know if it worked. If not, please send me the oobelib.log, amt3.log, pdapp.log files in the directory tmp % of the machine.
