Acting on its own computer screen.

My screen has recently taken to going to normal display in full screen, whenever I click on the the mouse pointer to the top of a page, what movement I would normally go to the page.    I got used to click on the 'box' in the upper right of the screen.  The screen is a 28 "& so I can display two pages easily."  But this change is boring and tedious.  Have found no solution.  Help!

Hello

In Windows 7 when you drag a window to an edge of the screen it will Snap to the edge.

Move it to the top, will enlarge the window and move them to the left or right on the screen will Start for that half of the screen.

You can disable this feature of component snap.

1. open the Control Panel/ease of access.

2. at the bottom of the window, in the section make it easier to focus on tasks , place a checkmark in the option prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen .

Click on apply / OK.

This should solve the problem.

You should see a screen with 2 options: balanced and Power Saver

To the right of the "(recommended Balanced" click the link "change plan settings". There you will also find /click on the option "change power avancΘs." the power Option window opens and in the settings tab ' Advanced, scroll down to the option "Sleep", click on the + to expand the options of sleep, now change the "sleep after" and "hibernate after" timeout values to meet your needs.

  • HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f215: changes in brightness on its own to screen when I am on battery saving mode.

The screen changes alone, I noticed when I'm in power saving mode.

    Hello

Here are a few things to check.

1 right-click the battery in the taskbar icon, and select Power Options.  Click on change settings for the plan alongside your selected power plan, and in the next window, click on change advanced power settings.  In the advanced settings window, expand display, and then expand Enable Adaptive brightness - make sure it is set to Off for on battery and sector.  Click apply then Ok to save the configuration changes.

    2. open windows control panel and on the top right, next to the display by: select "large icons".  In the new page layout, select Intel HD Graphics.  Click the power and in the next screen, select on battery in the left pane - under the Display Power Saving Technology option, put on Disable.  Click on apply and then OK to save any setting changes.

  • Screen ACL in Windows 7 towers / turns off in 1 or 2 minutes on its own

Strange problem started recently. My computer laptop LCD screen turns off in 1 or 2 minutes on its own even to power cable. I checked and have already reset all power plans, but the screen seems to stop on its own. I was not able to understand the problem.

Also changes to the power management has no effect on this behavior. For example if I increase the delay before the screen stops at 10 minutes (with or without battery) it always closes the screen in 1 or 2 minutes

Can you please suggest what could be the problem.

    Hi Varun,

    ·        This happens to you while you use a particular program or are the random problem?

I think it is a hardware problem and you may need to contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer for further assistance.

In addition, uninstall any software of management of power given by the manufacturer and check.

    Uninstall or change a program

    Hello Kluggerjo,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community Support from Apple. I know how important it must be able to count on your devices work as expected, and I have a few steps that should help resolve the behaviors you see.

I would recommend to go by resetting your management system (SCM) controller. MSC helps control and regulate different material on your Mac, including Bluetooth systems.  This article will guide you in this process: reset the management system (SCM) controller on your Mac.

If you still experience the issue after the test, you can test the behavior to a test user. This will help us to determine if the problem is systemic or isolated to your user account. This article will guide you in this process: How to test a question in another account on your Mac user

If the behavior is duplicated to the test user, I'd recommend reinstalling El Capitan. This will not delete your data. To reinstall using the recovery mode, take a look at this article: How to reinstall OS X

  • Computer notebook Synaptics trackad pointer moves on its own-Looking for solution

I recently bought a new laptop Hp M6 - N010dx, and the trackpad Envy Touchsmart is already in place.
I installed the latest drivers for my pc, upgrade to 8.1 windows and twisted the sensitivity of the mouse, but I always have problems.

Sometimes the pointer will become difficult to move on the screen and then will move its own. Again, to move its own, as in, I'm not in contact with the laptop at all. It's very frustrating.
I can temporarily fix the problem or reboot my laptop or by writ put to sleep and then wake up again. However, I am looking for a permanent solution.

    Any ideas?

I decided to return the laptop to bestbuy. I found that many users have had this same problem with the same model laptop and no "solution" offered actually work (I even tried myself without result). It's really a shame because I liked this laptop apart from faulty equipment... I am considering getting the x 360, but he mixed comments as well.
This may end up being my last HP laptop that really, really bothers me because they are beautiful and affordable pcs
