  As all you know, some laptops P100 series are equipped with a controller Intel 82801GBM SATA natively supports the AHCI and with a Fujitsu HDD which takes in charge the NCQ.

  However, the disc is forced in compatibility mode, and therefore the NCQ is disabled, resulting in a loss of performance (which is certainly necessary that laptop hard drives are generally slower than those of office).

  Unfortunately, there is no option in the BIOS which activates the AHCI mode and no tool like HWUtility that can twist that (although it wouldn't work). As far as I know, newer laptops support AHCI mode and there is also an option in the BIOS to enable it.

• HP 8100 - can't activate the draft Mode.

  Hi, I bought a HP 8100 Pro printer a few weeks ago and I can't try to activate the "Draft" mode with it.

  When I try to activate the draft mode I and get an error of type message conflict.

  I am running Windows 7 and the HP is connected via a USB cable.

  Does anyone know what I need to do in order to print in the project?

  Well, I have not installed the software yet, but after looking at your screenshots that I came up with an idea and the bear with me, after all, it's just an idea, it cannot be the solution.

  We will select plain paper, uncheck the Custom box, choose Project then select Custom and check that the paper is still paper, if it is not try it back. Then try to select the quick project in advanced settings.

  I notice that the parameter that you currently have is best, I wonder if it is maybe what is in conflict with the output quality.

  Let me know weather this fixes the problem or not, if not I'll install the software and get this figured out for you.

  I'm pretty new on vSphere.  I have two hosts running esxi 5.1 what one of these hosts running the "VMware vCenter Server Appliance' with vSphere version 5.5.  I currently have a single cluster containing all the VMS as well hosts and the SAN.

  I try to activate the EVC mode, but when I try it tells me that the host is not allowed because there are powered on virtual machines.  I can turn off all the virtual machines except the vCenter device and I still get the problem on the host that has the device on it.  If I turn off the unit, I can't use vSphere to activate CVS.

  How can I activate CVS when vSphere does not work?

  Hi Welcome to the communities,

  This one is a bit complicated

  You have:

  1. turn off all VMs on Host1 (while vCenter device is on Host2)

  2 bring Host1 on Cluster, select CVS clustered.

  3. put all the virtual machines on Host2 (also vCenter device)

  4. connect on Host2 directly to vSphere Client Windows

  5. remove the vCenter inventory unit

  6. connect on Host1 directly to vSphere Client Windows

  7. the data store when the appliance and add it to the inventory of research. Power on

  8. connect the device with Web client or vSphere vCenter

  9. move the second host in the cluster

  And you're done

• Stuck in night mode shift iOS 9.3

  Has anyone seen their device stuck in Night Shift mode? My iPad Air this morning did not return to normal. Tried to turn it back on quarter of night off and back but the only thing that would fix he had to power cycle the iPad.

  The only thing I did different was put in charge of the day iPad overnight.

  My iPad that air has also stayed in mode night after the time it is supposed to return to day mode. I got to spend with the button day/night mode on the control panel that "slides up" when you drag to the top of the bottom of the screen. But time isn't supposed to automatically turn off in the morning? For what other reason enter the time?

  There is no Quickset software for this particular laptop - so I went through every download on http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/alienware-15/drivers and I finally installed "Alienware on Application of on-screen display" - after the restart it was back.

  However, it is not really intuitive.

  Hello:

  The drive of your laptop is already set to AHCI in the factory and cannot be changed in the BIOS.

• Can not activate the silent mode

  Until today, I could turn my z5 and deactivate the silent mode by pressing the volume button. Now when I do that, it changes the volume of media rather than the volume of the phone call.   If you have the application open phone or music or media and you press the volume button the volume will turn upwards or downwards. You can press the volume key, then press the icon on the top right, a menu will appear.

  The GPU seems to be off.

  

  1 cmmd K open Pref.

  2. check "use the graphics processor.

  3. exit the PS

  4 stimulus (not necessary but probably recommended)

  5. now try your steps.

  If

  the Pref is grayed out that average PS think that something is wrong with your GPU.

  Try cmmd preferences reset zero + alt + shift after the launch and delete the Preferences dialog box and then click OK.

  Then see if the pref is always grayed out.

  I've updated to the SSD shortly after I purchsed the laptop.

  No problem except the Samsung SSD Wizard software keeps tagging me as AHCI mode is disabled and must be enabled and I do not see it in the BIOS.

  Or I see anything that relates in the device as IDE Manager or other.

  It seems that the SSD is optimizing not itself based on the fact that it considers that AHCI is disabled.

  I apologize for the issue being this topic seems to be beaten to death over time, but I do not see what relates to this model or similar.

  The system is set to ahci or RAID mode. You can tell that by opening the Device Manager and look at the storage controllers. Anyway it is optimized for SSDS and TRIM is activated. You can simply remove the program from Samsung and rest assured that your SSD is optimized.
