  Use the desktop application to install ps and lr.

  Once your payment is processed, you should be able to see your ps and lr test convert to the non-epreuve versions.

  If it please try to close the following processes and restart the Illustrator application (as an administrator if you are using windows).

  • Service Office of Adobe
  • AdobeIPCBroker
  • Creative cloud
  • Installation of Adobe
  • AdobeUpdateDaemon
  • AdobeServiceInstaller
  • AAM Update notify
  • CCLibrary
  • node
  • The basic clock
  • All other Adobe applications.

  Please make sure that you are connected to creative cloud with your ID (which has got subscription) correct Adobe and I suggest you to check: cannot launch Adobe Creative Cloud app test to check the permissions on the required folder and try to reinstall the applications.

  Launch Acrobat, on the first window, click on "license this software" and enter your Adobe ID, associated with the subscription and password.

  The programs are not limited somehow. You have two actoivations / connections.

  Looks like you are installing in the extensions manager that is no longer supported for 2015 of CC. Please refer to the CC app instead.

  OK, here's my question...

  I own CS6 Design and Web Premium, that came with Photoshop Extended. I love that you regularly use the 3D features. When I joined the creative cloud, most of the Design and Web Premium applications that presented themselves as installed, but Photoshop always had an install button.

  Am I miss out on the new features of 13.1 Installing NOT the CC version? What is the extended version with 3D capabilities?

  There is a problem known to the Adobe Application Manager (AAM) not always show an application as installed if it was not installed using the creative cloud.

  If you activate Photoshop using a perpetual license (serial number) instead of activate using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription creative cloud, then Yes you will miss out on updates of Member-only creative cloud service. You can disable it in the Help menu > disable, then restarts, choose the license for the software and login with your Adobe ID

  The version of Photoshop included with the creative cloud is the extended version with 3D capabilities.
