• Activation loop parallelism seems to take more time

  Hi guys,.

  I was benchmarking of a VI to see how much time was saved by activating the parallelism of the loop. The loop uses only select and multiplication on an array of 2048 elements. To my surprise, allowing parallelism increased run time! Please see if you can recreate what I see by changing the parallelism of loop in the Sub - VI attached (Calc Wavelength.vi Central) and by changing the number of parallel loops allowed. Then run Test Calc Wavelength.vi Central to see how long it takes. The loops I'm welcome, plus it takes! Thanks for any idea.

  

  Parallelism requires some resources in order to divide and back up data. etc... If your loop code doesn't do much, General fresh parallelism is relatively large and can you even slow worms down.

• Blocked Windows in safe mode activation loop.

  So here's the problem, I used windows xp pro x 64 now for a little over 2 years and it has worked perfectly until today. I play with some programs of hertz of mouse that required me to start in safe mode. I went to boot safe mode via msconfig. My computer starts up fine until I got to the login screen and it said "this copy of Windows must be activated with Microsoft before you can continue. You cannot connect until you activate Windows. Because activation is not possible in safe mode, restart your computer in normal mode to activate windows. »

  Since I started with safe mode via msconfig, I can't boot into normal windows more. It will automatically start in safe mode and with this activation pop up, I can't get into the operating system, or even to command promt. I tried to start with the last known good configuration, I tried to start Windows normally through the f8 during the startup option.

  I really don't want to reformat, it will result in a large number of documents and deletion of files.

  Is there anyway I can somehow I cannot go into msconfig change back and start windows normally?

  Well, it sounds as if your system is not seeing the drive or is unable to access it properly.  At this point, you would probably need to see if the encryption program society has any means to help remove encryption, if you add the drive to another system.  With regard to obtaining a XP disc you need to contact the PC manufacturer and see if they offer a replacement recovery media. • Windows 7 - HD cloned and Activation loop

  I needed more space, so I used the True Image to clone my 500 GB drive for a 1 TB drive. Everything seemed ok for about 2 weeks, and now I'm getting the 'not genuine Windows' popup. I got my key and it tells me that windows is activated. Will be a little late as I get the 'Windows not genuine' pop - up once again, and so on...

  I'm not exactly sure - but it seems that they are particularly vulnerable to corruption, especially during backup/restore operations if they involve the material change and are unable to cope with the change. Accordingly, they seem to block access of Service of software Protection for critical files within the time limit allowed until the system reports as being non-genuine.

  Refreshing or updating the drivers fixed the LAG and allows adequate access for the SPP function.

• I have an infinate activation loop.

  Using the rundll32.exe syssetup, command SetupOobeBnk to switch to Normal Mode, I didn't know that it was a temporary solution. Is this anyway to get into normal windows to reactivate?

  I found a solution. If you exceed the limit of 120 days on rundll32.exe syssetup, SetupOobeBnk, you can try this:

• First race in call loops

  I use 2 timed loop and a while loop in the same case statement.  When I called the case the first time, it runs as expected.  However, when I call the case subsequent times, the loops initially timed races and has indicated that there is an end loop error.  I have both set Timed loops (and they need to stay attached to) deal with cases not, ignore the phase.  Also, I have two timed loop on an offset from the beginning of the case.

  If I change to throw cases not the racing goes, but I need to treat the case No.

  Any suggestions on how to get rid of the initial of the race.

  I'm using labview 8.6.1.

  I solved the problem.  It should have been obvious.  I had 2 periods loops and previously I using independent sources.  To fix it, I wired the same source of synchronization in two of them and erased the source of synchronization once data collection was completed.  Now when I active loops periods several times, I do not start with a block of timed loop errors.

• When I turn on my computer it tells me that I need to activate windows. I click on 'YES' it takes me to the activation page and says that Windows is already activated.

  I have a question about multiple digital limit test.

  My data source is a table tab1 [].

  I need to compare each item of tab1 [] with the element that is associated with another table tab2 [].

  In other words, I would like to check the weather tab1 [i] > tab2 [i] (for i = 0; i > 32; i ++)

  Simple problem isn't? However, I can't find any effective solution to specify my expression "Low Limit"! ^^

  To be more precise, I would say I want to create different expressions "Low Limit" 32 (Low Limit A = tab2 [0] , low limit B = tab2 [1], etc. would be a bad solution). I would like to create an expression that would be able to handle all of the comparisons. Is this possible?

  I think that the best thing to do in this case would be to use a regular step numerical limit with the parameters of the activated loop. Your data source would be set to something like:

  Locals.tab1 [RunState.LoopIndex]

  And the type of comparison would be GT with the low limit:

  Locals.tab2 [RunState.LoopIndex]

  You can set the parameters of the loop on "Fixed number of loops" stage with 32, or you can use the custom loop type based on a fixed number of loops with the expression of loop while the value to something like:

  RunState.LoopIndex<>

  I've already posted a question about how to store the values of the previous variables in labview, but do not have all the answers.

  I hope this time I will get some advice or rather the solution.

  I have three parameters A, B and C (they denote percentage values) and their corresponding inidicators. For the first time, the user will give two entries. So the third will be automatically calculated from the sum of the two inputs and subtracting hundreds. Next time, when the user modifies an entry, the other two can get a change. I am facing problem in this part of auto-tuning. In the attached code, I designed the initialization stage in 0th step of the sequence of the battery and the auto tuning part in the 1st stage.

  Now that the three commands are reliable inter, I want to take three reports IE a B/C and c/a. As the total unit is 100, so we'll have a modifed has for various B = 100 - B - C is to say 100-B(1+C/B). Simililarly for a variable, we get updated, C = 100-A(1+B/A) and for the variable C, we get a modifed B = 100 - C (1 + A/C). In the auto part, I am firstly adding all parameters and is assimilating it to the 100. The Boolean result active loop true or false. If the case is true then everything that comes in the control gets displayed in the indicator. If the case is wrong, everything that comes in the control is displayed in the indicator as well as changing the value of the other a variable. Here I am alone to face the problem. I am not able to connect the input with the indicator control.

  It will be a great help if you give me some solutions or advice regarding this problem. I enclose the code that is not yet complete, an approximate overview.

  I have more LabVIEW 6.1, but here is a simple implementation in LabVIEW 8.2 and a corresponding image.

  Note that there is no case of a single event and the code is scalable. It can easily be adapted to more than 3 orders by developing the entire table and some minor code changes (for example instead of division by 2, divide by "table size - 1").

  Perhaps you can adapt to LabVIEW 6.1...

  

  

• Stop the execution of the VI Plugin

  Hello Experts!

  I wonder about an elegant solution for my problem. I have a top of page VI secondary container level, in order to call the VI plugin interfaces in. The plugin vi itself has own state machine (Machine State in queue of JKI) and called by VI Server - VI to run the method.

  As the VI plugin begins to run, the state machine for the active loop and the VI plugin can be closed if put everything in a loop condition of true. It there is no problem with that, but imagine a situation when the user wants to exit the application when the two screws are running. (Plugin Interface and high level VI) The custom of the app stops because the loop high-level completed vi execution only.

  I'm looking for an elegant solution to stop the plugin VI-s, without closing them normally. There are many topcics on opening Plugin screw (calling Dinamic) but stop them!

  All the methods to properly stop several screws top-level revolve around using the standard message for interprocess communication protocols.  They also assume a kind of State machine or order manager in each of the top level screws.  There are two broad categories - broadcast and point-to-point.

  Dissemination methods send a message from a sender to multiple receivers, usually without waiting for an answer.  The best method of dissemination is probably defined by the user of events, but reporters are easier if you do not want that all processed messages.

  Methods of point to point send a message from a sender to a receiver.  They are often both directions, call and response, messaging systems.  The best of them is the queue.

  These methods and examples are included in a series live TV that I wrote some time back the performance level you can find all the entries from the links on the last.

  All of this assumes your top-level screws are on the same computer running in the same process.  If you are running in different processes or on different computers, you will need to explore other protocols such as TCP/IP, network flow. or UDP to pass your messages.  However, I never did it, so can not comment coherently on this subject.

  I have problems with the activation loop. I can enter multiple key product and still get a window of activation on the activation of Flight Simulator X Acceleration Expansion... r and I did about five times and re installed same activation and still does not give me full access. Before making a complete relative to installation of the complete system FSX I want someones opinion on what to do about about the problem to go!  Other wise I want to do a full installation re and please... someone explain to me how you can keep your missions that I have completed with successand also the rewards that come with the success of the mission. • Problem Windows XP Home - stuck in 'safe' mode - don't reset the normal start upward

  Hope someone can help me please.

  My laptop is stuck in 'safe' diagnostic mode and I can't get back to "Normal Mode - load all the drivers of devices and services"

  I am running Windows XP SP3 - Home edition (think it's 2002)

  I was uninstalling Norton Internet Security so I can install Kaspersky rather

  I put it in diagnostic mode after a few instructions, that I got from Internet regarding the delete correctly all files, Norton etc after uninstalling

  However, it will not return to the normal mode - even if I go into the System Configuration utility (to run msconfig) and I click Normal startup. He never actually starts in normal mode - even if it's on the normal radio button (sometimes it's on another option such as 'selective' or 'diagnostic'. Sometimes, I get a window on early upsaying that I am in the "diagnostic" mode and tells me to go up to the normal startup. I have it, but it doesn't fix it.

  I also cannot run a lot of things and, for example, cannot play music on YouTube. I tried Windows update also, but it does not work.

  This means that I've lost a large part of the functionality of my system - including the ability to install the Kaspersky Internet Security - so I have no anti virus etc.

  I tried to reset the dozen about 3 times and restarted following guests etc., but nothing works

  I installed MFIS again and this time have no problem starting. In your case the problem cannot be caused by the same corrupted file. Find on which Service is causing the problem, I ran MSConfig, open the Services tab, check mark the box hide Services Microsoft and then disabled all services.

  Restart the computer. If this cures the problem, open MSConfig again, hide Microsoft services and allow some of the services. Restart the calculation to see if it changed anything. Turn around this activation loop services more again and again until the problem recurs. Now, it's just a matter of finding which service is causing the problem.

  Our company is the subject of a change in name/logo and we have around indesign documents of 1000-1500, who need to have the logo replaced/re-related links.

  I need help creating a script, javascript, which will allow me to recreate a link to about 10 files of different logos to completely different paths with different file names using preferably.   All files located on a windows-based server, and are all our users indesign cs5.0 windows based as well.  I would like the script to loop through a set of links specific logo it will replace any and all instances of former logos with new logos.

  I've tried some premade scripts that use dialogs at the entrance of the old and new path, but I need the script runs without user intervention, so it can batch run by using another script that I found which will open the indesign files in a given directory, run a script, save and close.

  I do not know very well of javascript, but I'm fimiliar with its functioning and its syntax/etc; I've already customized a handful of FindChangeByList scripts to use different txt files and active loop through a number of indesign files.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Is there a way to reset displays step status for iterations of the successive loop (NOR with active follow-up sequence editor)

  I'm running a sequence in the sequence editor (single-pass) with active follow-up.  I find that when I get a section in my sequence loop, the displayed State of stage starts in white, is preparing for the first passage through each step of the loop, and the steps are displayed to this status, unless / until modified in a loop later.  I would prefer that the status of step back empty at the beginning of each iteration of the loop and then get / displayed when the step is completed (yet) in order to better show the progress through the wrist strap.  Is there a way to do this?
