  Hello! I recently had problems disables default Windows XP Theme (Luna) as well as to keep my desired active wallpaper. When I try to load the theme, I get a message saying that the theme service is not running and that it can be turned on with the computer management administrative tool in Control Panel.   To retrieve the theme default XP also as follows called Luna theme the steps below:

  1. start the themes Service:

  a. click on start

  b. Select run and type services.msc and press on enter key

  c. services window open.

  Been working on this for days now, tried everything I found in google, but still no luck.

  Checked the config of politics, image is accessible by all users, run gpupdate/force, gpresult shows that the policy is applied to users.

  Cannot set a photo as wallpaper in perspective mode without to zoom out. No option to disable wallpaper zoom. Please help me how to disable the zoom of wallpaper.

  1. automatically wallpaper is zoomed in when I choose option Perspective.

  2. when I try to pinch in to zoom out the wallpaper, the rocker is still shifing point of view. No option to turn it off.

  

  Note:-this problem is only with normal pictures of film. Not with Apple's default screen.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know have a problem with the wallpaper on your iPhone, it's not what you expect. The good news is that the next step will be useful to solve your problem by activating the Motion option reduce, as suggested in this article:

  I understand wanting to use the zoom feature without the warning being on your screen all the time. Given that restarting your iPhone IS has not solved the problem, the next step that I recommend is to create a backup file and then reset all the settings.

  We have 2 ways to backup your iPhone. This link provides the steps for both options:

  Okay, so I don't know what changed, but the background changed automatically in the window active in my new main wallpaper once I plugged it in, and now it changes each time I update my wallpaper.

  Hello, when you use Thunderbird, when I open a new window (such as a new message, an event, a search, etc.), this window is what I call the active window. I type in this new window, then - it's gone. This happens when my Windows 10 cycles to the next image wallpaper. I continue to type, but I'm no longer in this window. I'm brought back to the "main window" where I have my messages and calendar. Sometimes those who continued to strikes cause problems such as the movement of messages and new files (which I didn't of course). I then pick up my old window active to continue what I was doing.

  I have not seen this happen in any other application Windows 10, but Thunderbird is one where I have several windows usually open (new message, new event, being typed etc.). When I put a picture of unique background on my desktop the problem disappears.

  My screen went WHITE with big letters proclaiming "Active desktop recovery."      All my icons are still there and work very well.   But when I try to click on restore Active Desktop button, nothing happens and there is a white screen with all the instructions, etc.  I tried everything, including the 'Display' Panel and tried setting to the top of my new wallpaper, but no luck.  I restarted the system several times, and when it loads the white screen is still there.   Note: When I go to view, context parameters are NOT operational.  The cursor won't move.   It will allow me to set the color, but nothing makes a change.     Everything works fine, but I can't seem to get rid of white screen and the words "ACTIVE DESKTOP RECOVERY more phrases sub on how to cure it... have nothing to this problem."   Thank you, BobnKathyS.   For the purpose of the email, I prefer to use the following: * e-mail address is removed from the privacy *.

  -right click on the desktop > properties.

  -Select the Desktop tab

  -Customize Desktop button

  -Select the Web tab

  -Remove all the other current office links except for the "My homepage" link, so all the other links are listed (checkbox, then the button Delete)

  This step is the clincher:

  -Turn it off "my checkbox on the current home page.

  -Click on apply

  -Click OK

  Office should return to normal.

  I have Window XP Pro sp3.  I can't change my wallpaper.  My current experience shows only about 1/5 of the image.  The other 4/5 of the image is white.

  I can't stop Explorer.exe in Task Manager and the image appears normally complete.  Of course when this happens I can't right click or view the task bar.

  When I restart Explorer.exe, the bottom will go back to the view of 1/5.

  This can be a challenge, but most probably not malicious software.  This is most likely a problem with the active desktop.  Open the Control Panel, display properties Desktop tab, click Customize desktop, click on the Web tab in the desktop items window.  Disable activate desktop by deselecting anything in the window then click on synchronize.  It should work.

I can change the registry and try it... but what my problem is that we have set up a default wallpaper must be charged for those users who connect from those of roaming profiles.   Just disable Active Desktop and put on a static image for your desktop wallpaper. Active Directory has been removed from the MS operating system later anyway is a security hole
