  I ve you have a problem with the creative cloud: Photoshop crashes just after the opening and Windows pops up a blue screen restart. I can´t find anything online to solve this problem, maybe I could find some help here? I also tried the cleaning tool, nothing positive has happened. Funny to know: on my system (desktop PC) mein nothing´s bad, all of the updates install perfectly and PS, AE etc are working well. Now I m reinstall my Windows clean (I ve done that 3 weeks), and I hope it will work after that. Someone out there with the same problems?

  Acer Aspire E 15 laptop computer
  Intel Core i5
  GeForce 840M
  8 GB RAM
  10 64-bit Windows

  I found the problem - driver Nvidia it must have caused.

  I reinstalled clean Windows and installed the system step by step. As a first step, I have installed PS

  Found the work around on my own. Everything you have to do is to copy a library someone has shared with you and add it to your library and makes you the owner also.

  The creative feature Cloud libraries is currently supported in Photoshop CC, CC Illustrator, InDesign CC, CC Dreamweaver, Illustrator to draw, sketch and Comp CC Photoshop.

  So I reached out using Adobe. Transferred 4 times, I'm done with that, nobody knew what to do. It is clearly a problem with the communication of the CC with the apps, and no one can figure out who can help, or what is responsible.

  Windows, start your task manager, go to the process tab, then scroll to CCLibrary.exe * 32, select, and then click the button complete the process down to the right. It will ask if you really want to end the process, click on end process. The process restarts automatically and your libraries re - will appear in your CC applications.

  It happened to me yesterday. Deletion of a particular process that is "stuck" and quitting and restarting creative cloud Office should fix.

  Open the activity monitor (Applications > utilities).

  Find the CCLibrary process. Click the X in the top left to leave the process. In the displayed dialog box to confirm you want to force them to leave.

  

  Go to the application office creative cloud (gear icon) menu and choose quit. Go to Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud file > Adobe Creative Cloud and launch it again.

  It worked for me. With Photoshop or Illustrator (if on a mac), go to your activity monitor and search for CCLibrary. Click on the X to stop the service, it automatically restarts, and your library will reappear.
