  Anyone know how to add an image (IE a .ai file created by myself) and save it in the libraries of creative cloud in After Effects?

  It is not currently possible in After Effects. After Effects can add items to a library to your project, but you cannot add elements of your project to a library.

  For Illustrator files, you can add layers or objects selected to your library in Illustrator. Ditto for Photoshop.

  In a future update for After Effects, we could add the ability for After Effects to add content to your library. There are many different types of content could be added After Effects: files in your project, shape layers, layers of text, effect presets, scripts, etc.. Currently, we believe that it would be more useful and interesting to add scripts and effects presets, but you should tell us what you think by filing a feature request: http://adobe.com/go/wish

  Hey Ho!
  I ve you have a problem with the creative cloud: Photoshop crashes just after the opening and Windows pops up a blue screen restart. Creative cloud tells me that updates are available, but the installation fails whenever I have it try. I reinstalled Photoshop, but it didn t work. I can´t find anything online to solve this problem, maybe I could find some help here? I also tried the cleaning tool, nothing positive has happened. Funny to know: on my system (desktop PC) mein nothing´s bad, all of the updates install perfectly and PS, AE etc are working well. Now I m reinstall my Windows clean (I ve done that 3 weeks), and I hope it will work after that. Someone out there with the same problems?

  Acer Aspire E 15 laptop computer
  Intel Core i5
  GeForce 840M
  8 GB RAM
  10 64-bit Windows

  Here´s a screenshot of the Creative cloud message appears (btw: INDesign and Adobe After Effects won´t updated, too!). It s in German, translation: "download error. Klick on repeat and try again, or contact your support (49)

  First of all: thank you for answering so quickly!

  I found the problem - driver Nvidia it must have caused.

  I reinstalled clean Windows and installed the system step by step. As a first step, I have installed PS

  After all the applications that I installed, I tried to open PS it worked great until I installed the real Nvidia driver. I had the same problem as before. I threw this driver and everything works fine.

  I'm having a problem download After Effects using Adobe Application Manager of creative cloud subscription. When I click on download applications, MAO appears, but I don't see any AE in files or as an active download.

  After Effects and Premiere Pro require hardware operating system and 64-bit.

  You are running a 64-bit operating system? If this isn't the case, you will see not either of the applications available for download.

  You can follow the article: sign activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC that will help you get this issue fixed.
