Adding video effects plus two plays bad clip

I have a created a music video sequence consisting of a clip, cut into about 50 small clips using the Razor tool.

Now, if I add video effects more than two to one clips, Adobe CS5 first no longer displays not the original clip, but instead shows an other clips in the sequence!

It seems that the chronology mix when you apply several effects.

Is this a known issue?

I noticed that this effect does not occur with all clips or all effects... The effects I've been unsuccessful in adding to some of the clips are, for example: time of Posterization and Echo.

I can reproduce the problem. I have not tested all the effects, but in my limited testing I could reproduce with anti-aliasing, blurry photo, sound effects and Ghost images following one of the effects of the weather.

I'll file a bug for it. You don't need to.

    Any ideas?

    Peter,

Don't thanks for your reply, however, no results, same problem.  However, I think I can found root cause is... this issue be a designer, I have too much (managed through the information manager) installed fonts with a conflict here and there, and I had to use "helvetica" of my client and other policies from time to time.  I have activated an account on my computer (nice and clean fonts & settings) have pulled up the same document in first and BOOM rolling timecode is displayed.  So with this solution in hand, my thought is somewhere I have damaged/lost the police in my basic account that uses the first to generate timecode.  I wish there was a setting I could change into effect video timecode to choose what the police is used... maybe you might spend on product development?  Or you know precisely what the police, he uses the video effect TC?

In any case, thanks for your answer... now I'm off to go see if I can solve the problem of fonts in my basic user account.

I wish to see the two VIDEOS next to them playing at the same time, one on the left, the other on the right without the video image is compressed. I also need to use the effect to shoot a video of 270 degrees. Please don't tell me to download rehanfx it does not work with this effect. Then someone could provide me a way to what's going on? Since this split-screen is also popular then why isn't just a default thing on movie maker?

You will need to get a software that is able to do this.

  • Video effects in flicker to export nested sequences

I nested content in a sequence. When I export I get flicker at a time where I added an effect.  I used warp stabilizer and opacity masking and both produced sparkling in the finished coating.  When I add the effect of nested track video, while it is not nested and then rendered flicker does not appear, it is a big pain.  I've been adding effects to clips nested for years and I really need, what can I do?

I don't know that this will help you, but...  I recently found this with glued on the nested clip (green bknd) drop shadow effect.  I found that the sequence containing the clips that were the nested sequence had a frequency of inappropriate images (10 FPS).  When I changed this to 23.976 fps, the flicker disappeared.  At no time the real video clip has played at 10 frames per second - just the shadow.

I don't know why that should be while I thought that the rendering was supposed to correct differences as a sequence that when I moved the sequence to the main time line.

  • Why media is pending after adding an effect?

My computer has been upgraded specifically because the higher range vid cards are supposed to make on-the-fly with premiere pro, and not no matter what media were sitting there with the red bar.  It is therefore very puzzled when, after spending $ 2,000 on a new machine that I can just edit and see the changes.

    My machine:

    Intel Core i7-2600 @3. 4 ghz

    32 GB of ram

    2 TB hard drive

    ASUS GTX 770

    What I'm working with:

4 clips of a gopro hero3, all of the ins and outs, resolution 1080, the total sequence time: 16 s

I'm trying filters on the first clip to see what it looks like - antialias, Auto color, auto levels, contrast automatic lighting effects.

After adding the effect to the clip, he gets the red bar above. I press on enter to render, and it does. After you have made (3 seconds), then it goes to the media in anticipation of the screen with a green bar above. It plays audio but no video.

I waited 25 minutes to see if he just needs to catch up, still nothing.

the first closing and reopening seemed to make all the problems disappear, bizarre.

  • Video effects for a horror/thriller trailer

I work to restore a trailer as a different kind, and I was wondering how to do some effects.  How do you the white flash on the screen (not a dip to white transition but in the middle of the clip) and flash that shows a negative of the original image as you see in some horror/thriller trailers?

    Hi owiseone,

Here's how I would build the effect.

    1. Create a "negative image".

      1. Apply the opposite effect: Video Effects > channel > reverse
      2. Try different channel Options. I chose "lightness".
    2. Desaturate the colours on the negative image.
      1. Apply a fast color corrector
      2. Take the Saturation to 0.
      3. Adjust the slider to input to taste levels
    3. Manually make the effect flash on and off with the original clip using the strobe effect, or adding the effect to add edits.
      1. First, follow these steps

        1. Copy-paste the attached to V2.
        2. Remove the effects of the clip on V1.
      2. Do one of the following for the clip on the V2:
        1. Apply the strobe effect: Video Effects > esthetics > strobe light and adjust the settings to your liking.
        2. With the Razor tool or the keyboard shortcut add modify, create some splices that are several frames long, create them to be the same length, at random times. Remove portions of the clamp between the changes to add it.
    4. Reproduce the effect and adjust the settings until you are satisfied with the effect.
      1. Set up a range to play out
      2. Enable looping
      3. Adjust the settings in one of the effects as they play in to out.

    Hope that helps!

  • I have Premiere pro for cs6 and I am looking for a video effect that has like a blurred background rectangle and inside the rectangle is just normal video a little smaller that I posted a link to what I'm talking her within the first ten seconds of this

    https://www.Google.com/URL?SA=t & source = web & rct = j & ei = Can0VKmmOoSVNpyGhNAN & url = http://m.yout ube.com/watch%3Fv%3D3g_K8RyGUeI & ved = 0CB8QtwIwAQ & usg = AFQjCNFI0ivwTaEa02S1jVj6_z2DEt9t9w I just need the name of this video effect

Put your video clip on the video track 1. Put the SAME element above himself on the video 2 track. Select 2 video clip and go to the EFFECT controls panel and open MOTION. Scale to 50% or what sounds good to you. This creates the PIP or ' Picture in Picture '. Then select (click on) the V1 video and go to the EFFECTS tab and find the (type in the search window) Gaussian blur effect. Apply to the V1. Set "Fuzzy" to taste. The only thing missing at this point is the outline in white for the PIP. I don't think that there is an 'effect' to do this, I could be wrong. But you should be able to use the shape tools in the Titler to pretend quite easily. For example, just do a solid white box slightly larger than the picture. Move the clip V2 to V3 and put the title on V2, sandwiched between two video clips. As the box is larger that the video scaling, white edges would show behind clip PIP.

    Hope this helps you

  • Video effects work only not on sequences embedded in first Pro CS5

    HI -.

I am having trouble with the first ProCS5. I have a project with a few clips I put together in a sequence. I put this sequence in another sequence. Here, I'll add one or two tracks of additional images and apply the color correction.

The problem is: no effects video I drag the sequence (which is now a nested sequence) has no effect. What I change in the effect control will sho not upward in the monitor. Audio effects do not work, though. In addition, none of the tracks above the nested clip are displayed. To clarify: the nested track is on V1, another clip is on V2 and V3 is a picture. Only V1 is displayed.

I know that it is supposed to work, and it doesn't in another project created in the same version on the same machine with the same kind of material. But no matter how many times I create a new project, just the application of video effects to a nested sequence does not work.

Even more strange is the fact that my applied effects appear in the "export settings" window. They do not, however, in the final rendered file. I'd say it's a bug.

What could be the reason for this behavior?

You use acclerated CUDA/GPU rendering? If so, what happens when you change the rendering mode to your software only project?

  • First Pro CS5 video effect help

I want to be able to play my video in reverse, but I can't find the video effect do with. I don't want to just play the upside for me to see. I want to have the effect so when I export it will be in the video.

    Thanks for your time.

Back inside the Clip speed/duration, where you will see a box reverse.

When it is applied, if you want to use this Clip, just export the Clip.

    Good luck

What operating system runs your Premiere Elements? I assume you are using first elements 11 on 64-bit Windows 7 computer, 8 or 8.1. If this is true, we start by...

    Local disk C

    AppData

    11.0

and in the 11.0 folder, is the file Adobe Premiere elements Prefs that you delete. If it does not, you delete the whole 11.0 folder in the Adobe Premiere elements prefs file. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and active disks so that you can see all the mentioned way.

  • Can I apply video effects to an entire video track?

Is it possible to apply video effects to all of the channel, so when I drag a clip to video 1, the effect is applied automatically? I know that I can make nests or select groups, clips, but I will introduce constantly new clips in my workflow, so the automatic application of the video effects would be very useful.

    Yes.

You can apply effects to a layer of setting of the railway. Simple. Just the adjustment layer to the end of the timeline to expand whenever you add more clips on the track.

  • do Play to play different clips

How to make a button game play different clips video format that is placed on a timeline in actionscript 3?

Here is an example of what im doing. If you drag and drop clips to movie on the timeline at the bottom that then snaps in place.

Once the timeline is filed until you press the play button, then he plays all the movie clips in the sequence.
