Also, they purhcased of XP Pro and Office 2003 licenses (I have the disks and keys to install but do not know how many licenses they own) and they are not either of the paper copy of these licenses. Is there a way to contact Microsoft to get the licenses? Any help would be appreciated.

  I just figured this out...

  I called the 1-866-230-0560 Option 3 Volume licenses and talked to someone who searched under the name of the school in order to locate licenses. It is even searched under our zip code and found other licenses that have been purchased by the school where the dealer abbreviated the name of the school.

  Hi, I have a new HP Envy 4500, and it does not connect to my wireless network.   I finally solved this problem after 2 weeks of trying everything! Based on the above comment from BH, I thought that I had to turn off my radio show from 5 Hz. My new router has prevented to me because of the way Cablelink run their software. However, I finally got access to change it. I disabled 5 Hz. I still have the invalid password! Then, I changed the predefined WPA WPA2. It worked. I turned on my 5 Hz back show, the printer is remained connected. I then changed back to WPA2 and immediately lost connection! I put it to WPA and it connected again! I did NOT change key wireless, he remained at 16 characters, just the level of security! It seems if I want my Envy NEW 4500 with UPDATE drivers on my wireless network, I have to REDUCE my password security, which comes by default with modems cable new with Cisco, and accept the WPA! The strange thing is my old Iphone 4 and my old Apple TV both connected without problem. Therefore more recent Iphone to my wife 5 c and our newest Samsung UHD TV. So why a NEW model of printer is sold in stores right now, not able to work on WPA2? I lost 2 weeks on this issue before the sort it! It works, but I'm not happy! Same HP UK failed to connect after 4 hours on their online chat and remote assistance online! I worked it out myself from the comment by BH! Thanks BH. HP POST PLEASE A REPLY ON THIS THREAD WHEN YOU FINALLY WRITE A SOFTWARE FOR YOUR PRINTER TO WORK ON WPA2. MAYBE YOU CAN EMAIL CISCO IN ORDER TO WORK OUT HOW TO DO THIS BETWEEN YOU.

  I have problem with interface ethernet (wired) in my Satellite Pro U300. I use in many places (home, office, customers) and when I restore in sleep or hibernation mode interface ethernet shows that the * cable is disconnected *, despite the connection of the cable * is * connected and works perfectly with all other devices, laptops and PC.

  The switch also shows that the there no signal link. But re - activate the malfunctioning ethernet port, just disable the ethernet interface and then after 5s (1 s is too short!) turn on.

  I understand that when you stop it shuts down as it should, but when restart, if you check the Task Manager, it shows that he was on all the time. If you connect your external hard drive and power off, when you restart the task manager says he has been turned off.

  So I repair many conputers and this is the first time that I have encountered this problem and I'm looking for some advice.

  I bought this laptop with a broken screen and I'm trying to fix buit I have an inssue.

  When I connect the new monitor to the laptop I can see the backlight of the screen lights up, if I can manöver screen so I can see I also have a picture of reguklar. The screen seems so very well.

  When I try to put the screen in its place to screw it into the screen becomes black. If I apply some pressure or pass the wire in a certain position, the image will be back. I don't think that the wire pins are clicking in the new screen. I tried little Ribbon for pressure and which seem to help at first but after 10 minutes of use that it happened again.

  I replaced a certain monitors before and I never ran on this question, I usually just pop nine in and its fine.

  Do you think the connector on the side of the laptop could be broken or possibly the new monitor side. Any help would be great,

  Sometimes, the wifi, I get 1mpbs on a 50mpps connection. I'll upload to 5 Mbps, which is normal (but why are my download speeds so slow?) Laptops and other devices work perfectly.   You have a problem with your network connection.

  It could be a defective material you may be substituted.

  First, turn off the computer.

  I run Windows Vista on my HP Pavilion dv6000.

  It has been over a year now that my laptop does not detect the ethernet cable. I probably should have reported this problem to the point where it happened, but since I used only a wi - fi connection, I never saw the need of my ethernet cable. I just found out about the problem, when a wi - fi connection was turned off at our dorm and I got you connect using ethernet cable of the University. Now I'm abroad and the only way I can connect to the internet is the ethernet cable, it's why I ask your help.
