Address of the printer

I try to print from iPhone to hp desk jet 3650 printer. I can't add the printer as it does for a valid printer ID (a .com site?). I don't know what to type in. The only info I can find are the BOBO beside the model. Help

  • How to find the email address of the printer HP 4500 ethernet to the eprint HP 4.1 android

I can print from a windows PC 7 for printer 4500 g510g mobile, but I want to do the same thing on android 4.1. I loaded hp House ePrinter, but he asks to load maualy email address of the printer. I do not know how to find this address

Yes. The HP and Biz app should work with your G510g. You'll need to make sure that she and the Android device you are using are on the same network, but it should work. You can find more information on how to use the home and Biz application below. I will also include the link to the list of printers that it works with.

  • HP 6500 a Plus. ePrint. Impossible to get code or email address of the printer

    Hello

We just bought a HP 6500 has more and I can't seem to get the code and address of electronic mail of the ePrint printer

After several factory + network restorations I arrived at this level

    I registered it online.

I have connected to our SSID and network successfully.

    I consult eApps

I can check the updates of product it says that there is none.

    BUT

When I press Email address of the printer in the Web Services settings he would always wonder a proxy... that we do not use.

The printer is set up wireless on a network located behind a firewall/gateway pc.

Is the problem because of the NAT goes to the gateway?

Any help is appreciated because that's the only reason why we bought the printer wireless over the wired standard

Just to note, this has been resolved.

I had to open ports on the firewall.

Hey, it's a very simple question that I'm sure many of you know the answer too.

My HP Office Jet Pro 8600 has a printer IP 000.000.000.000 which of course is incorect and not good. Is it possible to work on the IP address of the printer, but not with the command prompt that I tried and it did not tell me the printers IP address.

    Tips are welcome.

Here is a link to the user guide

Go to the home screen --> Setup, then press the reports , and then select Network Configuration to see all the details of the network printer.

What model Office Jet Pro 8600 do you have? (there are five or six different models)

Do you use a wired (LAN) or a wireless network environment?

    Is the wireless radio on?

  • Set a static IP address for the printer

One of the most common steps given when members of the community have printers that will remain not connected is affecting the camera a static IP address. Most of the members to respond to messages will include a document that's going to work on the steps and it is very useful. I found a video which will also show you this process on a printer Photosmart 7510.

It will go well to enter the IP address of the printer in the web browser and access the built-in web server (EWS). Once in SAP, it shows the path to take to set the static IP address for the printer.  I thought it would be a good video to share with the community so that there is assistance available for those of us who are visual learners. Here's the video promised on the static IP address.

I hope this helps the community. Good impression to everyone!

  • I can't find the ip address of the print server on my router, DHCP clients

I got the wireless-g WPS54G print server at a yard sale and have downloaded the Setup Wizard.  Everything looks fine until step 7, select print server.  Could not find anything.

Before that, I tried to access the print directly through its ip address server, but can't get it.  I checked all the IPS on the main router and found everything except the print server.

Everything is setup, more than once, exactly as defined in the steps of the installation wizard.

I have Windows 7 and a computer laptop 64 bit.

Any suggestion would be great.  I already spent 2 hours on this thing and am determined to make it work.  All the lights on top of the blink/light print server as it should when they should.  I was not wireless yet, still trying to get this Setup program.

    Thank you

    Chris

Connect to the print server with the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the router.

Press the reset on the print server for 15-20 seconds.

You could get the printer test page, mentioning the IP address of the print server.

If this is not the case, the print server and the router to power cycle.

Open the router setup page and check if you have the IP address of the print server in the DHCP client table.

  • IP address of the printer continues to change

A large part of the time that my wireless printer is offline compared to computers on my local network, because IP address has been changed to a value other than what the computer thinks it should be.  So I have to figure out what is the IP address of the printer, and then change the printer on the PC port to point to the correct address.  If this happened only rarely, or if I could easily remember the steps I have to take to remedy, I suppose that this would not be a big deal.  But it happens a lot and I am old and alzheimery.  So my question is: How can I get the router to assign the same IP address to the printer, all the time?

I have a LinkSys WRT54G and just updated the firmware to V4.21.1.  I went through all the settings on the router via http://192.168.1.1 but don't see anything that would reserve specific addresses for specific devices.  Is this possible?  I need to have the DHCP Server enabled, because some devices come and go on this network.  Devices that are not controlled by the DHCP server can co-exist with devices that are?

    TIA
    * beep *.

Your printer must have a STATIC IP address, and Yes, the DHCP server on your router remains active.

Open the page of the http://192.168.1.1 router

Go to status then LAN, click the DHCP clients table.

Find the IP address of your printserver.

Now, log in to your printserver page

You can see a static or fixed IP address. Assign an IP address, but not of this range from 100 to 149

  • IP address on the printer and on different router IP address

How to get the IP address of the printer to match IP address of the router?

OK, the good news is, it seems that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.

IP addresses on the network MUST be different for the router can diffentiate between devices.  It's like the civic address on houses, on a particular street (like on any particular network), each House must have a different number.

So, I think that your IP addresses are fine.  What is the problem you're trying to solve?

  • try to change the email address of the printer but do not have to change the button anywhere

I just bought and installed an officejet 8600 and implemented on eprintcenter. It me with an e-mail address for the printer I want to change to something that I can remember. Have you looked online and saw that I need to click Edit next to my name, email address or printer but everywhere I look there is no button to change. Please can you help.

    Hello nads.

To change the e-mail address of the printer, you will need to disable web services on control panel of the printer. Then re-enable web services and follow the process.

    Bravo!

  • VERY weird IP address of the printer

    Hi all

I have a wireless HP Deskjet F4583 printer. When I first used and implemented (about 3 months ago), it worked very well and like a charm.

But then 1 week later, it would not print. Print jobs stay just stacked. Then I started to connect it by USB cable. But I decided that since I bought the printer for its wireless capabilities, I could use it as well for this.

The problem is, it's a very strange the 169.254.64.20 IP address.

I'm trying to go about this using internet explore, but it does not work.

I use a NetGear WNR2000. This has WPS.

Information: since the wireless printing page:

    Firmware revision: MPxxFN0923AR

    802.11 wireless

    Status: connected

    Communication mode: infrastructure

    Signal strength: 5

    Authentication type: WPA - PSK

Automatic encryption (AES or TKIP) (its TKIP)

    IPV4

    IP address: 169.254.64.20

    Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0

    Default gateway: 0.0.0.0

    Configuration source: AutoIP

    Primary DNS server: 0.0.0.0

    Secondary DNS server: 0.0.0.0

My computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate (recently installed) but before it was XP pro SP 3. I can connect the computer to the router by an Ethernet cable or wireless.

    Thank you

    EDIT:

I tried the HP of molecular network utility, the printer did not show

That's what he said when I clicked on a report:

Yup, 169.254.x.x is an auto assigned, IP that the printer when it cannot connect to a network.  Thus, it is not connected to your network for any reason any.

Maybe give the printer a static IP address would help the situation in the long term:

-Run the WPS (push button) of the printer and the router to get it reconnected.
-Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
-Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
-Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
-On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). If you know what it is, set an IP address outside this range but not exceeding 254 (the last number of the address). If you don't know it, enter the current IP address.
-Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
-Let the gateway and DNS white. Click 'apply '.

Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.

After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

  • Adding HP ePrint home and Biz iPhone app - mal printer cannot find the email address of the printer

I'm trying to connect my HP Photosmart c6380 to my iPhone. I have already downloaded the app and my printer is connected to my wireless network, as is my iPhone, but I can't add my printer to the app.

When I go to 'Manage ePrinters' and try to add a printer with the + button I see 3 choices:

Add x to list: "no available ePrinters.

Manually add: I can't find the printer even email address using the instructions available on the ePrint centre.

Add the WiFi network: my printer is not shown in this list, so it does not support Autodiscover.

So I guess that if I could just find email address of my printer that would connect to my iPhone for wireless printing, but I can't for the life of me find.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hello amybett,

I have bad news and good news. The bad news is that your printer is not Airprint/ePrint capable. However, the good news is that with the HP ePrint capable home and Biz iPhone app, it didn't need to be Airprint/Eprint, as it is connected to the same network as your phone.

Here are the steps that you want to print something:

    1. installation of the application by filling in the electronic registration and entering the code (which I believe you have).

    2. Select the item you want to print by using the menu in the application (Photo Albums, files saved, Web browser, etc.).

    3. Once you select the item, you should see article and a big button "Print" under him.

    4. If the printer you want to print to is not listed above the 'Print' button, select the icon on the right (key/computer), and then select the printer you want to use (and other parameters).

    5. press the button 'Back' at the top left, then tap "Done" (blue top-right button) and then press the 'Print' button to print your article.

Let me know if you still have problems after following the guide above.

  • Email address of the printer

I forgot the e-mail address of my printer.  How can I find it?

sabretooth04 is right. If your printer has an ePrint button, simply press on it, and the printer email address should appear. Alternatively, you can connect to your account ePrintCenter and the address appears below the image to your printer. If you want more detailed instructions, please provide model number of the printer.

I also used 'arp - a' command in CMD to get a list of attached devices, I have the list of IP and MAC addresses, but I don't know what is the printer. So I tried to watch the MAC address and could not find anyone.

I have just purchaesd a HP Officejet 6700, I have connected the printer to the web via a wireless network and received the automatically generated e-mail address that I'd like to change it to something easier to remember.

I created an account with the printcenter E, but when I log in there is nothing on the home screen showing me what follows must be displayed according to your article news App that says "Click on the" Edit"button beside where your existing ePrint address appears, and follow the prompts to complete the process"

The button Edit is not in sight.  I tried to connect using AOL & Internet Explorer (64-bit), but the result is the same.

If I try to re - register the website tells me that my email address is already registered, which suggests that I registered successfully, as I received emails from HP saying congraulations on registration to connected HP.

I would contact Hp Cloud Service Department at that time to see what is happening with your account.
