  The first thing you need to do is to enable web services on your printer. You could do this during your installation process or still need to do. Go to your control panel or web services integrated (put the printer's ip address in your browser > stand on the web services tab). Check if the web service is enabled.

  If the web service is enabled, the e-mail address appears (if on the web services page embedded) web services tab or on the control panel to the title of the web services.

  If the web service is not enabled, you will see an option to enable web services.

  Once you have enabled web services > will display a page of instructions with a code of clain printer > it will ask you to go to www.hp.connected.com and register your printer. Once you have done, you will receive your email from printer, at this stage you also be given the option to customize your printer e-mail address.

  Original title: HP 6122 printer with 990c driver

• my dev account broken (after changing my email address)

  I changed my email address in my account and then everything broke.
  now I am able to connect to the account using my old email addresses or new it let me in, but as soon as I show connection I get error allover.and no models of rooms, url, or secret code.

• print size too large after changing the print cartridge

  Sounds like an easy fix should be up there, but I'm not super computer savvy... after that we changed the print cartridge for the first time with this printer (and who knows what may happen after when my husband tried to fix it), the font of printing is too large AND prints a blank page of paper before the actual page prints with a font that is too large to fit properly on paper 8.5 x 11 inches. Normally, there are all the parameters that must be set after simply change an ink cartridge? Help!

• HP Officejet 8625: AirPrint broken after updating the printer itself

  Our printer has worked successfully with multiple devices i two Macs and a pc.

  My daughter has allowed the printer install an update of last week and it no longer works via the wireless network or via AirPrint (devices does not detect the printer, cannot connect mac).

  If I plug it in with the USB cable, I can print with my Mac. The system is normally with most devices using AirPrint wireless to access the printer (my Mac included; "I think he uses theough Hello AirPrint).

  I have reset the printer by default, it unplugged for a while, restarted several devices. It worked fine until the HP update.

  If your active ePrint printer you can save the cloud and get an identification of email for your printer.

  Here are the steps to activate eprint on your printer.

  1 connect the printer to the internet network.

  2. let the printer get valid IP address.

  3. click on the ePrint button on the printer.

  4. continue by clicking Yes.

  5. the printer must register and view the ID of the email.

  There was a similar position two years ago. After changing the cartiridge (564XL) black printing, the printer will not copy documents. He behaves as if I placed a blank sheet of paper on the glass.   Sorry for the mistake, but it was printing white pages.

  Start in the XP Recovery Console or Safe Mode, so Windows File Protection does not run.

  Rename your file c:\windows\system32\spoolsv.exe you can remember (such as spoolsv.bak).  Now, the file is "absent".

  Restart normally.

  Then try to start the Print Spooler Service and you will see the error.

  So why don't you follow your own advice and run SFC and troubleshooting automated (as you suggested) and check if the problem persists.

  Please report your results.

  When you see that it does help and that SFC does not replace the missing or damaged file (in the system32 folder) and that the automated troubleshooter does not help, will sing it a different song (we hope).

  Don't forget to rename your spoolsv.bak to spoolsv.exe when you're done messing around autour.

  You could remove the cartridges, reset the printer and turn on without the cartridges, and then reinstall the cartridges. Eliminate any power surge strips or extensions, plug the unit directly into a wall outlet.
