ADF - image source Set with JavaScript

Hello.

I have a layout grid panel with multiple lines and cells.

Each cell contains a text and a picture, all surrounded by a command binding.

My output text have the value #{MyBean.valueMyBean}

My image have the source /directory1/directory2 / # {MyBean.valueMyBean} .jpg

What I want is that whenever I click on that image, image and its corresponding output text takes the same value (simulating the selected item)

I want to do with JavaScript, because when I do it with partial triggers there is a delay, and it does not work for the needs.

Could you help me put who implemented?

I don't have an idea to change the source of an image with JavaScript.

You can join af:clientListener for the image and call the javascript function that will be:

-find the component target, something like: var targetImg = AdfPage.PAGE.findComponent (clientId);

-change the property 'source', something like: targetImg.setSource ("new source");

Here you can find more information about adf api client-side: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24382_01/web.1112/e16181/af_arch.htm#ADFUI10042

  • Imaging Source DFG/SV1 acquisition card is not correctly recognized in LabVIEW 2009

    I have an Imaging Source DFG/SV1 frame grabber/capture card (I think that this example uses a Bt878 chip) that I am using with LabVIEW 2009 (Fall edition 2009 academic Site license), including elements of acquisition of vision (NEITHER Vision, NOR-IMAQ (4.3) OR-IMAQdx (3.4), etc.). I have all the latest sources of imagery support drivers and software for the Board of Directors (http://www.theimagingsource.com/en_US/products/grabbers/dfgsv1/ drivers: v6.0.3.0, IC Software v2.1 and IC Imaging Control v3.1) with drivers being compatible DirectShow. The DFG/SV1 is detected in MAX under devices NOR-MAQdx / DFG/SV1 / cam0 and I can grab and preview images, however to 320 x 240 resolution, I have a higher resolution camera and know that the jury is capable of greater resolution using IC software manufacturing and also via TWAIN with ImageJ software drivers. Interesteingly, if I try to acquire an image of the card purchase using the Vision Assistant, the DFG/SV1 card is not recognized as a card acquisition, but listed under IEEE 1394 or GigE peripheral, revealing with it being direct device that I can't understand. Despite this I can acquire images, but I am limited to 320 x 240 format and change the type of image (RGB, UYVY etc) causes an error. Once again, oddly enough, I can use "enter and select mode example VI" which should only be compatible with IEEE 1394 cameras.

    I'm not sure why LabVIEW is not seen this card properly, I contacted Imaging source who were also intrigued by the fact.

    Any information on how this could be resolved would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi OCastell,

    With this Council Imaging Source, the only interface supported with drivers of NI Vision Acquisition is through using IMAQdx DirectShow interface. It is possible that their DirectShow driver does not properly support all of the capabilities of their Council. Given that ICR software and TWAIN support can be routed to a different implementation of one of the DirectShow support, you can see the different features available. Unfortunately, you probably go through Imaging Source to determine why their DirectShow driver does not support the full resolution. You can confirm that it isn't IMAQdx this limiting trying other software such as Windows NetMeeting or AMCAP DirectShow and see what capture resolutions are listed.

    Because the DirectShow interface is managed by IMAQdx driver, it will not be detected as a framegrabber IMAQ using the IMAQ driver. This is expected since it fits in the same category as firewire and GigE Vision cameras and is supported with the IMAQdx driver instead.

    The "Grab and select the Mode" example VI isn't really specific FireWire, although he was certainly intended to highlight the various video modes that generally expose FireWire cameras. Since the DirectShow devices are similar and have several selectable video modes, it's why he's probably working. In any case, IMAQdx abstracts usually differences between all supported camera types and in general a single VI can run on all cameras IMAQdx-taking in charge unless you rely on buses or the camera-specific features.

    Regarding Vision Assistant marking the camera as 'IEEE 1394 or GigE', I think it's just an aesthetic issue (which may already be fixed in new versions). When IMAQdx was out, these are the supported types of cameras and so Vision Assistant was trying to say clearly what driver was used for the type of device. Now that IMAQdx supports a multitude of new interfaces (including DirectShow and some IP cameras) that the label is inaccurate.

    Finally, looking at the specs for this capture card, it looks like a standard reference BT878/848 model and then you could try potentially replace your Imaging Source driver with one here:

    http://BTWinCap.sourceforge.NET/

    I used this with a with IMAQdx BT878 capture card and can get it to capture an image full resolution (but of course, your results may vary...). It goes without saying that this solution using DirectShow is much more limited than using an industrial camera on 1394/firewire or a framegrabber IMAQ.

    Hope this helps,

    Eric

  • Replace h1 with Javascript or CSS image text?

    For SEO, I want to have a h1 Tags at the top of my page title. However, I would like to use an image for the freedom of design. I see 2 solutions to this problem:

    I could either use of css to 'hide' the text. I know that google does not like hidden text, but I could use the index z CSS (or margins?) so that the image appears not in the text. Im not a expert on accesabilty devices, they sometimes use some CSS?

    The other option is to hide text and display an image with javascript. I understand that it's better for accesabilty. However, I do not data soild on it, but a few sites I've found say 10% of people have javascript disabled. What is the number that high?

    Maybe I should use javascript to display an image, but if it is turned off still have some pritty CSS styilng the title h1 and its div.

    Im sure im not the first person to have this dilemma so that everyone recommend?

    Thank you

    Hello

    JavaScript is disabled mainly on the company's computers, unless you run your site to these users worry not too on this subject (you can always check site statistics to see how many visitors actually have javascript disabled), and the number (estimated) current 'normal' users who disable javascript is only 1-2%.

    Regarding the replacement of your text check this article (complete with the required javascript code).

  • Time warp by image source?

    How to use this?

    I want a portion of a clip to expand at some point, I know I can use other than temporal methods. But I want to try different settings I see associated with time. The documentation says set by source is to set a time where an image is supposed to happen. Large. How do I do that? If I type an image number in the control of the source image, it does? How can I specify which frame occur at a specific time?

    I have the 2nd step backward. And the clip doesn't change length as I thought, he does.

    Image source seems to be the frame that is moved. Executives before the source image dilate or contract. After the source image frames moving uniformly without expanding or contracting. But the length of the composition remains the same.

    So, if you move the image source ahead in time, the end of the clip becomes truncated.

    If you move the source image backwards in time, the last image of the end of the clip is duplicated to fill the length of the composition.

    Various tutorial videos I watched all explained that, but it did not register in my mind.

    Once things appeared to work, by looking at the graph editor has helped me understand what was going on.

    If your point is not 0, when you activate first timewarp, the compose window shows image 0, while the chassis number of your publication is always the image in the sequence points. This shows that the source image is the framework that will be moved to the location of the playhead.

    That's what I did:

    Set in point and out point images and create a publication.

    Lengthen or shorten the composition in proportion with where you move the source image. You can do this before or after setting the keyframes.

    For example, here's what I did to set a point in the clip of contracting and shorten the composition:

    The point 219 and out value - point to 338

    Create a composition of selection.

    Change composition settings so that the length goes from 120 to 90.

    With the playhead to 219, activate timewarp

    Expand the scope of the effect in the composition Panel. Expand timewarp.

    Together to adjust the time of the source image

    Activate the animation (click on the stopwatch). A keyframe is created.

    In the image source field, type 219 and press to enter.

    Move the playhead to 240

    Click the diamond icon in the image source line to create the central key frame.

    Type 270 in the image source field, and press ENTER.

    Move the playhead to 308

    Set a keyframe and enter 338 as the source image

    At this point, the out point is still 338. So, if you forgot how to add or subtract you can can go to the out point to find the number of source image.

    The composition has now been distorted.

    Hello

    If I understand correctly, you set the value of P99_SOMETHING in another page in your application. In this case, the setting of page # 99 article can be modified to:
    Source used (s) = only when the current value in session state is zero
    Type = static assignment (the value corresponds to the attribute of the source)

    No need to put anything in the field of Expression.
    Can you check in 'Session' (in the developer toolbar) to ensure that the value of the element is used?
    And in your alert, try $v ('P99_SOMETHING') - apostrophes to see if there is a difference.

    Thank you

  • How to refresh the value of image source

    I have an element of the image in a page fragment. When the page opens the source of the image is set to the URI of a gif file

    What I want, is to update the URI into another image, the value of a bean property once managed Exchange.

    The image component is bound to a property of the managed bean, pageAnimationImage.

    I'm new to ADF and tried to set the trigger part when the value of the property is set and also the true clientComponent of the image
    AdfFacesContext.getCurrentInstance () .addPartialTarget (pageAnimationImage);

    I searched this forum and other blogs but could not find anything related.

    I would really appreciate if anyone has a suggestion or point me to a related case.

    TIA

    Use an EL to get the URI of the image as
    The bean code:

        public String getImageURI()
        {// change the uri depending on your logic
            String uri = "/images/image1.gif";
            if (other_property_is_true())
                 uri = "/images/image2.gif";
            return uri;
        }

  • Image not recognized by javascript in firefox 8.0 ID.

    I have a frameset which includes a setting with id = 'hand '.
    When I click on a link that calls javascript referencing top.main it happens as undefined.
    This code works perfectly in IE, chrome and Android tablets.

    I guess I'll have to tell my users to use one of these browsers instead of Firefox.

    The code in the tophelp.htm file is:

    <frameset cols="162px,*">

    <frame frameborder=0  id="main"   src= "Helpmain.htm" />
    </frameset>
    </frameset>

    A JS function in this page has code:

    top.main.location.href = "HelpOverview.htm"

    Copy the following code generates an error: top.main is not defined.

    Use the name instead of the id in the framework and window.top instead of top.

    You should probably include the Protocol as well.

  • Image not aligned with borders on the site

    I apologize for my badly phrased explanation, I'm not 100% sure how to explain my problem.

    Done on my master page I want to add my logo on the upper right. However, it does not fit the dimensions of the screen. What I am doing wrong?

    Here are the screenshots to explain my problem.

    1. the image seems to be aligned on my site.

    fit1.png

    2. the image is not aligned, as shown on the preview.

    3. I drag the image far to the left so that it is not aligned on my screen.

    4. the image is aligned with the corner on my preview, even if she looks way off on my screen.

    fit4.png

    What should I do to make my images are aligned on the screen and the Preview?

    1. Create a zone of the height of the logo, but the width of the screen.
    2. Use the 100% width button to make sure that you extend the box to fit the screen. (see the screenshot of the first)
    3. Check the box and in the menu fill import your logo. (setting the justification for left/middle, see second screenshot)
