  • OfficeJet Pro 8620e ADF jam error after firmware update

After you install the updated firmware from the touch screen of the printer, the printer restarts and now has an error that says "Original is caught in the ADF (ADF).  Open the cover of the ADF, remove and reload the original, then try again. »

I went through all the steps to clear a jam from the ADF, but the opinion is persistent.  It is not (and was not before the upgrade) in the ADF at all.  Since this coincided with the update of the firmware, my suspiscion is that the firmware has not installed properly or something.  What am I doing here?

This problem has been resolved using the printer instead of purchase and exchange for another.  I can hardly believe that the cables are working loose within two weeks, she was detained and then broke at the exact time that the firmware update has been completed.  In any case, the problem was solved by replacing the printer.  I don't have any feedback solutions until a month after I did.

When a user tries to open the workspace planning app, it throws the "ADF FACES" - inaccessible target - TaskListStatuswizard returned null error"type NULL.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same error.

    Thank you

Is that for a user, if so get clear on the browser etc. from the browser cache, make sure that it is a supported browser, make sure it commissioning is correct, check the logs when accessing planning, see if they can access directly without going through the workspace.

I sent my application as a library ADF JAR on one EAR [sym-creating a binding in one EAR in the CONTAINER].

In the AppModule.xml the AppModuleLocal is configured to use a certain data source and AppModuleLocal is defined as the default Configuration.

  • ADF Mobile: Error when accessing the app from the Android emulator

I am trying to build a mobile app ADF with JDeveloper (11.1.2.4.0) and its extension ADF Mobile Framework (11.1.2.4.39.64.69). The version of the Android API is 23 and the SDK build tools and platform version 20.

I built the app and the deployment of the android emulator has been a success, but when I try to access the application on the emulator, it throws an error indicating that the application has stopped working.

When I check logcat he showed the exception stack trace below that throws an UnsupportedOperationException

    Hi SayantanSinha,

If you look under API supported levels, the maximum is 19 API.  I can't speak for the ADF 11.1.2 but the lines of code in the (more recent) MAF, who have a similar support matrix, we have noted problems with the API 20.

You can download older versions of the API of the Manager of Android SDK tool.  Remember to update your EPCO or JDev SDK configuration with the version that you want to use once it is installed.

  • How to remove the ADF LOV error no data input validation validates

    Hi all

I am developing a custom Application of ADF, in my custom, ADF application as part of the home page, I have a set of ADF LOVs as well as a custom to "Seek" button and the button 'Clear' ADF. the erase button is used before every new search is called. the "Clear" button and search button work properly, except that when the user enter all the values in the LOV text box and then press the Clear button, the LOV throws an exception indicating invalid in LOV data and won't let me delete them until I have explicitly focus the cursor in the LOV and use remove / return back to clear this field If the LOV has valid data and when I click the button clear clears the field as it was planned.

Please suggest how can I delete the message 'Error in data not valid' in LOV

    Thanks in advance,

Things work very well and I do not see the dynamic region work perfect.

My colleague does not Jdev/Weblogic. It uses another IDE and run the build script to deploy the project to a single weblogic server.
But there is no ADF faces DURATION 11.1.1.3 installed on its box.

He sees the error when accessing the page with dynamic region below. Guidance as to what might be missing here?

  • ADF library error on the server clusters remotely managed

I wanted to set up 2 servers run on different PCs for clustering. For this purpose first I created 2 managed servers on my test domain that is on my PC1. Tested my ADF applications for each managed server (srv1 and srv2) on PC1. They spent. When I moved one of these servers to another PC (PC2) with the following commands below, orders said that succeeded him.

    on PC1:
    Pack - successful = true - domain = E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\test_domain-template=E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_template\TEST_DOMAIN.jar-template_name = 'TEST '.

    onPC2: (remote PC)
    Unpack - domain = test_domain-template=D:\oracle\Middleware\user_template\TEST_DOMAIN.jar

After these steps, I started my servers on the command line by using the commands below:
    on PC1:
    srv1-http://localhost:7011 startManagedWebLogic.cmd
    on PC2: (Remote Server)
    startManagedWebLogic.cmd http://30.1.2.192:7011 srv2

SRV1 changed its State to the mode of OPERATION easily, but srv2 state changed running with many errors which have been pointing that the ADF libraries and application could not be found.

After errors on srv2, I removed the library targets srv2 using the screen of deployments of the administration console.
Then I stopped srv2 and he started using the command line. It worked without any library and demand. There was no error.

After these steps, I add srv2 libraries targets. When I tried to do, I confronted the below error message:

An error occurred during activation of the changes, please see the log for more details.
[Deployer: 149003] Cannot access the source information application in 'E:\Oracle\Middleware\oracle_common\modules\oracle.adf.model_11.1.1\adf.oracle.domain.ear' application 'adf.oracle.domain [LibSpecVersion = 1.0, LibImplVersion = 11.1.1.2.0]'. The specific error is: [Deployer: 149158] is no file application to 'E:\Oracle\Middleware\oracle_common\modules\oracle.adf.model_11.1.1\adf.oracle.domain.ear '...

My applications are unable to operate without ADF libraries and I could not find a solution to the above error.

Can someone help me on this topic

    Hello

are you sure that *"E:\Oracle\Middleware\oracle_common\modules\oracle.adf.model_11.1.1\adf.oracle.domain.ear"* exists in the same location in * "srv2" * physical box as well?
The Installation of WebLogic directory and the directory of the domain must be exactly the same to avoid similar problems.

  • 11.1.2.4 ADF FACES ERROR FDMEE

    Hello world

We have installed a FDMEE 11.1.2.4 on a Linux (Suse Linux) server.

    We use:

    Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4

    FDMEE 11.1.2.4

When we try to add a 'Source system' in the Menu of data management, we get the following error:

    org/codehaus/groovy/ast/ModuleNode.getStartImports () Ljava/util/list

ADF_FACES_60097. For more information, search for ADF_FACES_60096, server during PPR #3 Exception.

    ADF FACES ERROR.PNG

We have recently installed a patch for Calc Manager and EAS for the latest 11.2.2.4. Which affect FDMEE?

Do you know what could be the problem in this situation?

Is - this configuration or blocking question? Or is just another thing?

If you can help us with any suggestions would be helpful!

    Thank you

    Ivan Lemus

  • ADF custom error message

    Hello

I want to customize the default error messages
    For example:
    "Error: a value is required."
You must enter a value. »
    or
«Error: the date is not in the correct format.»
Enter a date in the same format as this example: 11/29/1998 "

    I'm trying to put this:
    javax.faces.component.UIInput.REQUIRED message = My
    javax.faces.convert.DateTimeConverter.CONVERSION_detail = My message2

in my package (reported in my faces-config)... but doesn't.

    Any idea?

    Thank you

    Hello

Check if you can find the string in the skin resources: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E15523_01/apirefs.1111/e15862/toc.htm

If you can, it can be changed by using counting, see: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E15523_01/web.1111/b31973/af_skin.htm#BAJFEFCJ

  • on change of value event I'm shooting adf Faces error message but its getting recorded during the click on save

    Hi Experts,

    JDEV 11.1.1.7.0

On valueChangeEvent I throw adfFacesErrorMessage but its economy during the click on save.

Because I can't do validation in my OE. So I can use validator instead of valuechange evnt. ? While it will not allow something to save.

    autoSubmit = "true" validator = "#{backingBeanScope.myBean.checkValidation}" >

On valueChangeEvent I throw adfFacesErrorMessage but its economy during the click on save.

Message is just to what is expected.

So can I use instead of evnt valuechange validator.

Yes, you must use the validator to implement validation

  • ADF Error: oracle.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: MDS-00168

    Hi all

Another question, we are faced with adf ui error:

    ADF Error: oracle.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: MDS-00168

Error ' oracle.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: MDS-00168 "when for deployment ADF application to integrated Weblogic instance of JDeveloper 11g

    Help, please.

    Hello

This is due to a known issue for JDeveloper and ADF 11 g.

To initialize the components ADFShare in a web environment, the oracle.adf.share.http.ServletADFContext must be initialized by request.

    Solution:

Add the definition of the ServletADFContextFilter in the web.xml:

    ServletADFContextFilter

    oracle.adf.share.http.ServletADFFilter

    ServletADFContextFilter

    Hello

I created an ADF application, which includes an html file and an ADF file.  The two files are very simple, with only a welcome text.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600 - Paper copy on the glass of the scanner, Officejet tries to copy the ADF

I'm trying to copy a document on my HP Officejet Pro 8600.  I placed the original face down on the scanner glass.  There is no original in the ADF.  Then, I pressed "Copy" and "launch in black."  the Offficejet then "think" the original is in the ADF file and try to copy a non-existent original.  The Officejet then generates a paper jam «»
in the ADF file' error message with instructions to clear paper jam and press 'OK' and spews a piece of paper from the paper tray. There is not an option for 'back '.  If I try to humor the Officejet by opening and closing the cover of the ADF and pressing 'OK', the Officeject generates a copy which is covered with black ink.  If I ask preview copy o, the document on the scanner glass is displayed.  I can adjust margins, etc.  When I select then 'copy' and 'Black start', the Officejet is trying to copy a nonexistent document in the ADF and generates the "Paper jam" message again.  Since there is not an option "go back", I turn the printer off, then turn it back on, and then try again.

How do I train me or the Officejet for copy of the scanner glass when the original is located on the glass of the scanner NOT the ADF?

Thanks for your help to solve this frustrating problem.

    Hi Knitter507,

Try to do a hard reset as described in the following link.  Click here

If that doesn't help, can you print a printer status report and give me the a.) Product # and B.) Version of the firmware of the printer?  To print the report, press on the arrow to the right on the screen of the printer control and then configure / reports / Printer Status Report.

What is the operating system for your computer?

You are able to make a hollow photocopy the ADF?
