  I downloaded the installer for the creative cloud. When I try to open the program the following message is displayed:

  Restart your computer and before you do anything else check for programs running adobe Task Manager and stop them.  then install.

  Application is a medical Client / Server using SQL in the database model. and resides on the SBS 2008 with XP Server and client computers.

  Rather that to load the client on windows XP, it would not sense to simply run the application console using the Terminal Server services and configure the application to start an hour of connection on. Given that the application requires administrator rights to run, how can I assign admin right only on demand, so when they connect, they can use the application with the given admin rights but do not have access to the rest of the server or control?

  Been awhile and a very little bit of rust, but I know it should be easy... losing sleep reading my series of the voume of support docs... :)

  You must acquire the recovery discs right from the manufacturer - if you're lucky, your office don't reinstall it properly and leave you with the recovery partition that would do the same job.

  Read your manual, on the recovery of the system and try the options there.

  If they do not work, you will need to contact it manufacturer and order a set of htem recovery disks.

  Does anyone else have this problem as it is sure as hell Adobe can't seem to accept that they have a problem!

  I have a subscription to creative cloud and a subscription of Tech Comm Suite.

  Under the license agreement, I'm able to use subscriptions on both machines, even if not at the same time, which is perfect for me, I'm good, but not good!

  So I run:

  • Desktop Mac - creative cloud (Indesign etc. etc.)
  • Surface Pro - creative cloud (Acrobat)
  • Laptop Dell - Tech Comm Suite

  So why, if I am connected to my Mac and my Dell, I stopped both of these machines, I start my Surface (at home) and he said I have to sign out of my other machines as I have no more licenses?

  It seems that the licensing of Adobe system verifies the number of times that an ID is used and not how many seats/licenses you have!

  I saw the Adobe ID (email address) you used to post here and can see that you have a plan of creative photography of cloud are recorded.

  Please make sure you use the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the subscription to connect to the Web site.

  Once logged in go to APP and tab install CC 2015 Photoshop and Lightroom CC 2015 from there.

  * NOTE: Please make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it then just turn off the firewall for awhile disconnect you and you connect on the creative application of cloud and check.

  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.   You should always uninstall programs.  Before that, however, you must disable by opening one of the applications in each different Suite and by selecting help-> Deactivate.
