• Replacement for LiveCycle Designer

  I learned recently from a customer who is Adobe () will replace LiveCycle Designer with a new program and it will have to redo all their forms with this new program, and that they would use rather a contractor who is familiar with this new program.

  Whereas, I followed what happens with LiveCycle, I hardly believe that there is a new program that Adobe will come out with as a replacement for LiveCycle Designer ES4.

  Someone from Adobe could confirm or deny the existence of this new program. My opinion is that the new management wants to change contactors just and that it is not honest.

  It is completely wrong.   There is no replacement for LiveCycle Designer ES4 and you won't have to redo you forms in another tool.  Designer will continue to exist and be improved.  As you may know, we had just one major release in March and a service pack release in September that includes updates to designer.

• Card high speed does not work after installing Windows Service Pack for Vista

  I just installed Windows Service Pack for Vista and now my card Sprint high speed does not work.  The message I get is that the "peripheral No. is recognized. I was using the card top debit without any problems for over 6 months.

  I realized that my computer has never been able to install the service pack for vista. I bought the computer with vista installed. He was able to install all other updates except for service packs. When I try, I go to windows update and click start installation. It will appear to work for a while and he will say "Installing updates... 1 installation of 1... Office XP service pack 3.   Now, I read that a service pack win7 will be released sometime in July.

  Will be service pack "fix" Setup encountered problems where one of the practical suggestions for some was to remove the CD when the clean install restarts.

  If it is possible to "slip stream" win7 service pack, then I'll try again to install my win7 student (x 64) on my winxp (32).  The installation worked (removed the CD) but win7 worked for 1 week, & then _ broke loose. was never able to install win7 yet as he entered in a constant loop even with a "clean" install every time.

  A beta version, is not ready for public consumption pre-release Service Pack 1 in July. Service Pack 1 will be a minor update which will contain essentially all the updates since July 22, 2009.

  You are able to install other updates to Windows?

  You can follow the General troubleshooting steps that helps solve the problem of Windows Update.

  Method 1:

  Run the Windows Update troubleshooting tool.

  If your computer is experiencing problems find and install updates of the operating system, try using a troubleshooting Windows Update tool to solve the problem. He makes sure your computer is connected to the Internet and checks to see if your network card and Windows Update services are running properly.

  Please follow the steps below to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.

  (a) key Windows + W key set.
  (b) write the Troubleshooting in this search field on the upper right.
  (c) click the Troubleshooting option after the search.
  (d) click the option show all present on the upper left.
  (e) select Windows Update and follow the steps that are invited to perform troubleshooting.

  Method 2:

  You can download and install the update manually from the Download Center using the number of the update.

  I strongly recommend to create dynamic with LC Designer Forms by JP Terry - excellent!

  A book that does not deal with scripts at all, but is very good is the fact that the work by Caroline Jarrett and Gerry Gaffney.

  The Adobe PDF Forms Bible is correct, but focuses mainly on AcroForms.

  WindJack Solutions have a service on subscription for the scripts and solutions to http://www.pdfscripting.com. There a lot of AcroForm script which can be modified according to LC designer and a growing library of LC Designer solutions.
