  Hi Gretchen,

  Can you try to update on the last CC 2015 bridge and check updated media for Raw files.

  You can continue to have Bridge CS6 by updating to the CC 2015 bridge. Be sure to uncheck the option "Uninstall Previous version" under Advanced option during the installation of bridge CC 2015.

  Greetings...  I bought the Adobe Audition CS6 version on my PC running Windows 7 for a few months, on a payment plan... He started very well for awhile, but now, it is showing a window saying that it could not start and now is closing...  He did this more and more, for example, after four or five tests, it will start... • CC of Adobe Bridge (Mac) does not - nothing seems to help

  I can't get my CC bridge to open. When I click the icon, it bounces in the dock a few times, and then quit.

  I feel I have tried everything that I could come up with to help solve this problem. I uninstalled the app and installed it again – did not help. I have uninstalled all single Adobe app and creative cloud, installed new - did not help. I tried to open the application in safe mode, deleting the temporary files - did not help. I tried to do a fresh install on a different user account, tried setting user permissions and all the advice simple I could find online - as all mentioned on this thread: Adobe Bridge CC does not open - and I have tried everything several times just to be sure.

  -J' had this problem for over 6 months, and no updates of Adobe software it has set.

  Now I'm desperate - that happens in the world will it take to do my job as bridge CC again?

  We addressed some crash bridge issues experienced on the launch of the application. Please try the new version and are looking for the crash problems you encountered.

  If you are not able to locate the bridge (CC 2015) on the creative cloud application, you must update the creative cloud application.

• Adobe Bridge CC does not open

  I have a Mac 10.9.5, and for some reason, my Adobe Bridge CC does not open on my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled using the creative cloud and still nothing. When I click the icon on the launchpad he jumps up and down (like the apps on a mac), then disappears as I had not yet clicked on it in the first place. Before that, maybe a few weeks back, bridge had asked if I would like to purge the cache, so I didn't. He then worked as it should be for about a week, and then it just won't open. I'm not all his studies at the technical level and don't know what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

  When I try to run Illustrator on my overview of machine running Windows 8.1, I see this error message (in Spanish because my system language and software are in Spanish):

• Downloader bridge CS6 does not recognize my d810

  When I connect my D810 to my macbook pro, running el capitan, I open the Downloader in Bridge CS6 I get "none found" no devices found.  I have a copy of Capture One 8.x and he sees my camera, just like Lightroom 5.7.1.  Any thoughts on what I'm not doing correctly?

  No OP, but I have the same problem. SOUL just does not work. Double click it to load, I can see the process in Windows Task Manager, but he goes right again. Tried this .xml file shows the deletion, but does not. Here's my spec in the FAQ:

  • What version of Adobe Media Encoder? Include the minor version number (for example, Adobe Media Encoder CS6 with the 6.0.1 update).
    • SOUL CC from first cc 7.0.1
  • What other Adobe applications you have installed and what application are you using Adobe Media Encoder with?
    • Premiere Pro. Premiere Pro
  • You have installed the latest updates? (If not, you should. They fix a lot of problems).

  • What operating system? This should include specific minor version numbers, like "Mac OS x 10.6.8" - not just "Mac".

  For those who had the same problem and found this thread:

  I ended up reinstalling everything and it works.

  Uninstall applications CC one by one and then after everything is gone, including the creative application of cloud, run the cc adobe cleaning tool. Then reinstall all.

• Bridge CS4 does not start

  Forgive me, but I'm new to Photoshop.  I just installed CS4 Extended and tried to charge toward the high bridge.  It freezes immediately. CTRL-ALT-DELETE will return me to Windows.  I checked the other posts and have done the following:

  Update video drivers

  CS4 11.0.1 update

  Bridge opened in CS4 - gel

  Bridge opened with pressed CTRL and reset - gel

  CS4 has worked without any problems.

  System Specs:

  Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

  Processor AMD Phenom 9950 Quad 2.6

  4 GB of Ram

  NVidia GeForce GTX 260

  Any ideas?

  And HERE! I was in the section Support Norton and noticed a task for Norton does not not with programs that access the internet.  The short list has not designated an Adobe product, so I downloaded the patch anyway.  AND IT WORKED! I don't know how or why, but the bridge starts without problem! I almost cried... lol! I will post this info on the main Board with the link to Norton for everyone!
