Hello

I use CC CC/Illustrator Adobe a few months now, but when I started my pc today CC won't let me access illustrator in the applications tab. Here's a screenshot of my problem, I am quite annoyed because I have work I need to do today.

Follow the procedure below:

Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.

Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

Step 1:

Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 2:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.

Step 3:

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

Type below command and press the enter"" key.

Then go to the Local > Adobe.

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

Step 4:

Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

Temporarily disable the firewall [ optional ]

Step 5:

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

It will start the update process. and he should get updated to Adobe Creative Cloud app.
