I use CC CC/Illustrator Adobe a few months now, but when I started my pc today CC won't let me access illustrator in the applications tab. Here's a screenshot of my problem, I am quite annoyed because I have work I need to do today.

Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Temporarily disable the firewall [ optional ]
Step 5:
Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.
It will start the update process. and he should get updated to Adobe Creative Cloud app.

Original title: new installation of streets & trips 2013 on windows error 8.
I have my windows 8 installation with the assurance that my products purchased from Microsoft survive the 8 Windows Reinstall "refreshed". Well all the Microsoft products were there but would not work. Each gave the error for rerinstall the product I did no problem except for the problem with the streets of travel & which still exists and is completely ignored by Microsoft, according to my research. The error is: "a licensing initialization error has occurred. Please contact customer support for further assistance. Error 0xC004D301 ". I tried all the suggestions that I have met on the internet. The most galling was given by Microsoft technology in its response to this problem. "The license data is probably corrupted" OK, makes sense, BUT how can I fix that you genius. Someone had managed to get the program to work after this error message?
Success! Hi John, I don't know if this will solve your problem because I am running windows 8.1 and tries to install streets & trips 2011. But I had a similar symptom that you knew. Here's what I did: just right-click on the icon in the start menu, select programs and features. Uninstall all versions of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, I had two. Then I opened the installation dvd in Explorer, click right on dvdrun, marked the area run as long as administrator (not sure if it did anything or not), hit apply, then double clicked on dvdrun and everything worked. I could install, validate, save, and run the program!
A warning, I don't know what are the potential problems that may result in removing these two programs, I hope that if I run into something I can install them again without too much trouble. -

Hi Durin thanks for the answer.
This problem started when my "crushed" NVIDIA video card causing the computer to start only in safe mode. I bought a new card NVIDIA updated with new drivers, etc. Afterwords, the computer was working properly.
All the functions of the computer worked fine including all programs, internet, etc EXCEPT all my Adobe, including Photoshop, After Effects and hearing programs.
NONE OF THEM would launch and none of them is uninstall.
None of the Adobe programs are clouds. I buy them from Adobe (when it was still possible) and disks.
Cleaning tool would not respond. I could not even a drop-down list where I could click to act as an administrator.
I have (I think) solve the problem though. I used an uninstall program called REVO that seems completely uninstalled all Adobe programs.
I then reinstalled using disks. They all launch and open previous projects, even if I did not put the real test yet.
My concern is that if I try now to one of these programs is added a second computer that Adobe will not recognize I did uninstall first and then re-install, which blocks me from adding a second computer.
Any comment will be appreciated.
