  Success at last! I uninstalled HP Support Assistant and reinstalled. After the installation, I found that the wizard help icon was now right of my bar Windows 10 tasks in the notification area, where I'm used to seeing. See the image below. If this topic is now closed.

  Thus, the computer always tells me that I need to reboot, HP Support Assistant does not open and I can not get HP support number to call by clicking "contact support (Get in touch with someone at HP). Does anyone know a number I can call to "Get in touch with someone at HP?

I looked in your question about your 15 HP Pavilion Notebook and the HP Support Assistant, showing a space where the question mark should be. Here is a link to troubleshoot the HP Support Assistant. You need to maybe uninstall and reinstall.

It obviously takes the laptop home, and every morning when he connects to his computer laptop back to the network it can see the printer, but not to print on it. HOWEVER, it can print a test page, and after that, it is good to go, until his laptop computer goes idle, date to print a test page to print again to it.

  I had a work around for this problem. By adding "usb.autoConnect.device0 ="0xVID:0xPID"" this statement to the VMX file, solves this problem, that is, whenever the VM is wake-up by clicking on the link CV or using vmrun commands, it connects the unit in question automatically and it is charging correctly with his driver.   Here's the situation:

  * I have a server that is running at http://192.168.0.179 . It serves as a file in flash, WebSocketMain.swf (of https://github.com/gimite/web-socket-js), who tries to make a socket connection to 192.168.0.179:5000.

  * I have a socket policy file server clocked at http://192.168.0.179:843 .

  * It works fine on the machine the server is running on (on OS X). Flash connects to the server policy files and on the server on port 5000.

  * However, on a Windows (64-bit) machine on the same network (192.168.0.175), running Flash 10.3/11.2/11.3 (and in the two Chrome/IE9), I get the following in the JS console error:

  I have more suggestions. This could be the cause? Why won't even try FP to connect to the policy server?

  Found the problem: mms.cfg had an entry saying DisableSockets = 1, which caused the security error.
