    N ° 1)


    Temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall.


    Step 2)


    (1) open Control Panel and then click on the network and Internet"" option.

    2) click on Internet options, click on the tab "connections".

    (3) in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

    (4) check the box-"automatically detect settings" and then "uncheck" all the other boxes as "configuration Script auto use", "Use a proxy server," proxy server ", then click on the ok button."

    5) click on the "Network settings" button once again, make sure that "Automatically detect settings" is the only option you select, the window of properties of LAN so clear.

    Step 3)

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    It will open the Appdata folder.

    Then go to the Local > Adobe

    Open the Adobe folder and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    Then launch Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

    1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside the folder etc.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud download

    We attempt to install Creative cloud on a PC and get the error message 201. From what I can tell that we use the proxy service could be the cause. I have an exception that will allow this download to proceed, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer as to where the software is downloaded from. Anyone happen to know the answer to this? I really do not remove the proxy of each machine to download this. Unfortunately, it is not a simple process for this.

    -use the root user

    -updated certificates

    -in safe mode

    -with different internet connection

    -probably something else

    I started to reinstall the OS again trying to find the app that was interfering with CC, but and one of my friends suggested something I couldn't think: first install app CC, then the Wacom drivers (I use 13HD Cintiq) and then relaunch the CC application. I tried it (on a clean install) and CC app stopped working immediately.

    So I think Wacom kext somehow interfere with CC.

    So why do I write this here and not on the forum of Wacom? Well actually I wrote there too but the strange thing is that CC is the only application that is broken and I don't know who is to blame.

    Currently, the only solution I found was reinstall the existing OS, and now CC app works with the drivers, but I really hope that this may be the subject of an investigation.

    I wonder if there is someone with CC, OSX and Cintiq that has the same problem or maybe someone who can say what and how another driver may interfere with other software permissions.

    Please follow the steps below:

    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.

    Step 1:

    Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

    Step 3:

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

    Then go to the Local > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    Step 4:

    Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

    Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.

    It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

    Follow the steps below

    1. open the activity monitor in the utilities in your Applications folder.

    2. check for Adobe as Adobe Crash Daemon processes, Adobe CEF Helper, Coresync, cloud creative, if you Force quit it.

    3. open the finder window, and then press command + SHIFT + G key.

    It will open the go to the search folder box, type ~/library, and then click OK.

    Then, click on Application support / Adobe folder and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    4. now, open the go to folder search box once again, in this type/library this time and then click OK.

    Notice that this time it's just/library and the ~ symbol is not included.

    Then, click on Application support / Adobe folder and delete the AAMUpdater, Adobe Application Manager and records OOBE.

    5. now, open the finder window and press it command + shift + U key.

    It opens the Utilities folder, then remove the Adobe Application Manager and cloud file Adobe Creative.

    6. now run the tool from the link below.

    Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

    In the cleaning tool, check if you have Adobe Application manager in the list, if found select and click on clean up selected.

    If it is found, close the cleaning tool.

    So I recently downloaded CC and everything worked well, I was bored and I wanted to move my files adobe of my ssd to a normal drive.  I couldn't, so I re - install Creative cloud only to get "download error. Please contact customer support. "I proceed with the removal of the AAMupdater as well as rename just to end up deleting the opm.db file.  And yet I still get the error. (I also try to do reinstall completely still no luck)
