Hi, I come from Germany and want to be a member in the creative cloud. During the registration process has been asking for my credit card - but the faq says that 'bankeinzug' possible in Germany. I have not received any credit card. What can I do?

You have an option to purchase dealer who will provide a key card, and you can use it on Adobe.com to start your annual subscription.

Can I pay in advance for my creative cloud membership?
You can pay in advance for a year of subscription when purchased by a retailer or etailer (like Amazon). This gives you the same price as the purchase of an annual plan directly from Adobe, but you pay in advance instead of monthly.

Adobe Creative cloud issues after passage of payment method
I just changed the cards to use to payments so that I could continue to use Adobe Creative Cloud, but for some reason, all my apps appear as tests only. What can I do to Exchange my full apps? It would seem that it is a big mistake, because I already paid for Adobe Creative Cloud and all applications in the package.

Why my renewable annual subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud (US$ 599,88) its more expensive than my first payment for it (US$ 479,88)?
It was I think I understand that once you subscribe to the annual subscription your renewable cost less expensive than the first installment, but on the contrary, it me encrypted more than the first time.

I have bought/subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud through 500px, went through the steps of payment but still did not get the CC on my Mac to install app. Don't know what to do or who to contact, I tried Googling the answer, but I don't find any mention of this issue.

My problem is mainly in the title. I don't remember being asked to activate or to pay for the service and I only realized that I was charged when checking my bank records.
How and why have I been charged? I canceled the product today but I don't know which provides a refund because it is an annual fee. Is there a link between Apple and Adobe, which automatically configures this accusation? And how can I get a refund.

Cloud creative for iOS is a free application, so you should not be charged for it. Adobe Creative cloud on the App Store on iTunes
You must only be loaded during a creative cloud membership if you bought for your PC or Mac.

Cancellation of the plan one year Adobe Creative cloud
Hello, in August 2014 I did a one year for Adobe Creative Cloud for student membership. Each month, I had a billing evidence in my account, but I had, always every month, a double debit on my credit card note so I decided to cancel my subscription. Indeed in August 2015, I made the termination of my program by an email I received from Adobe. I went into my account and made a clik on "by only it piano clicca who" and I made a screenshot of the page in which it was written that my plan would be canceled in September 2015 29 (I still have the screenshot and I can send you if you need it).
Today morning, so that I saw an e-mail (in another email address, not the same as the account of cloud creative adobe) in which I received a notification that has been the third tent to payment plan that did not work.
So the question is: my plan for one year for creative cloud is always on the go or not? Because I was convinced that my plan were already cancelled (to the point that I have used none of the programs Adobe Creative cloud after half of the Septmber 2015).
Also, I still have a lot of 'double' payments to recover and I really want to know how to do it.
