  my daughter has bought and downloaded Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard Student and teacher.

  When you start the installer, there is a screen asking for the license key. Out of any reason, the license key, that my daughter got Amazon has a different format as requested in the Setup license key.

  The format of the Amazon license key looks like: XXXXX #-#-#-#-#.

  The format of the software install license key looks like: #-#-#-#-#-#.

  Considering that X stands for a letter and #, a number. Therefore, it is not possible to enter the license key and it is not possible to run the installation correctly.

  So what can we do?

  When you request support, please provide the model name and product number complete (p/n) of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq made thousands of computer models. Without this information, it can be difficult, even impossible to help you solve your problem.

• License key does not accept the installation of Acrobat 9

  We recently moved and in the process acquired new computers.  I'm trying to reinstall Acrobat 9 Pro and several other tools using the AcroPro90_efg Installer (which is the only one who seems to be available on Internet).  All of our tools Adobe have the form 1234-1234-1234-1234-1234-1234 license keys.

  When I try to install Acrobat 9 Pro, it prompts to enter the license key with a single text box (unlike other tools such as CS4, which provide 6 smaller text boxes, which each accept 4 digits).  I tried to enter the key of license with and without hyphens, but Acrobat does not accept it, responded that it is an invalid key.

  Note that I did this on machines that CS4 was installed and also on machines where nothing had yet been installed and I get the same error every time: "incorrect serial number.  This isn't a valid serial number. Please go back and re-enter your serial number. »

  Computer of my daughter crashed and I am trying to reinstall Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium on my Dell T7910 dual processor. While Photoshop has been installed, Acrobat Professional 10 was not and I get an Exit Code: 6, 0 fatal errors, 3 errors, 0 warnings. Payload: (AC76BA86-1040-7 d 70-000000000005

  ERROR: Install payload MSI failed with the error: 1603.

  I even tried restarting my laptop again and again to try to see if it'll work, but it won't always.

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  I recently bought and downloaded a photography Subscription Plan for Adobe CC. I live in Singapore (SEA of Adobe). After installing Photoshop, he ran in trial mode. I tried following the instructions to resolve the issue, but I have not found a solution, so I decided to wait until the end of the trial and try the license product then. The program ask me now a serial number (which I did of course not). I tried to watch again the Adobe support pages and found them to be very confusing with several links all over the place and you in circles. Adobe customer service is only available during the hours of work that is not reasonable to expect many people. I get very angry and need help to solve this urgent problem.   Open the link and try to run the solution 1 (deletion of opm.db, once you have removed the sign at the back for Creative Cloud Desktop) and Solution 4 (if you're on the windows computer)
