CC Adobe application cannot be a license/program does not sign-up

I recently bought and downloaded a photography Subscription Plan for Adobe CC. I live in Singapore (SEA of Adobe). After installing Photoshop, he ran in trial mode. I tried following the instructions to resolve the issue, but I have not found a solution, so I decided to wait until the end of the trial and try the license product then. The program ask me now a serial number (which I did of course not). I tried to watch again the Adobe support pages and found them to be very confusing with several links all over the place and you in circles. Adobe customer service is only available during the hours of work that is not reasonable to expect many people. I get very angry and need help to solve this urgent problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Open the link and try to run the solution 1 (deletion of opm.db, once you have removed the sign at the back for Creative Cloud Desktop) and Solution 4 (if you're on the windows computer)

Also make sure that your date system, time zone are correct.

Verify which language is set to office creative cloud.

Adjust the installation language. CCM

Previously, if you are could locate all Adobe entries in your hosts file, make sure that they were removed property.
