Adobe Download Assistant blocked to "Sign in with your Adobe ID to continue".

I am trying to download Photoshop and I downloaded Adobe Download Assistant and signed, and said he still "sign in with your Adobe ID to continue.  The wizard makes County be signed well, because I told my name on the top bar (where it says 'Welcome, (name)').  I tried to download other programs from him, tried to restart the program and tried to restart my computer and I get the same error.  Help?

I had the same problem, and I made sure that I had enough space on the disk.

However, what seems to help, had to change the location to another drive.

It could help to change to another folder or to start the wizard to download as an administrator, I don't have to try this, but at least it worked for me when I changed the location, and I encourage other people with the same problem of trying the same or one of the other methods mentioned above.

    An update to a new version do NOT alter or modify your personal settings as the user name or password. TB-program-files are kept in a place while all data, settings, messages, archives, etc address books are stored under each user's own space. Just to make sure that an update does not interfere with the data.

    Who said they would send you username and pwd? It's strictly btw you and your mail server provider.

    Morgan3johnson, I would recommend filling solution 1 to troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_1 and then reset the download.  I also recommend to download on your user folder or desktop installation files.

    Alternatively, you can try the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to launch a direct download of the trial.

    I downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant so I can get the free trial of InCopy. I downloaded the Wizard download from this link:

    After you install the Assistant to download and run the program, I was invited to open a session, I did.

    That's what I see after I have connected:

    There is no obvious way to download InCopy. I tried selecting 'Design' under ' Select product.» Any of the "products you may like" that appear are InCopy.

    My options are: CS6 Design and Web Premium, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Flash Catalyst, Fireworks and Master Collection.

    I also looked at all the products available in the other options as well: Web, video, photography and PDF. None of those who have an InCopy download either.

    I can't find any way to download InCopy. I looked at other threads related to this, and none of them offer me a solution. There is no error with the download Assistant, there is no way to select the product I want.

    I tried to go to the download page again, but whenever I click on download, it wants to only download Download Wizard again.
