Another idea, quit the application creative cloud and then to use the cleanup tool to remove info Adobe ID.

The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool allows to solve installation problems

    Install the AdobeEmailer and modify the emailer.sendMailViaWindowsScriptHost function in Adobe EMailer.jsx for: -.

    Please check this folder Thunderbird is installed in that you may need to change the code on...

  • I cannot receive email verification for Firefox, but it received for the forum? I tried twice and it comes not through.

    I would have rather sent this to a support specialist, but since Adobe does not support option, I am obliged to this post in a public forum...

    I tried to unsubscribe from receipt of emails. But when I click on Cancel subscription, I am redirected to a page of the contains two option buttons and the other present button, which none are labeled. Screenshot:

    It's a joke, no? I have to guess that we are going to unsubscribe?

    Feeling bold, I just clicked 'submit' with the button background option selected to see what might happen, despite the fact that in not knowing what I'm asking it may opt me in even more *. What a surprise: nothing happens.

    so I looked up my mail for "adobe" folder and so to receive many different email addresses. now the question is whether some of them are not official Adobe.

    Inadvertently, I used a different email address when I paid for my subscription of clouds that I use to connect to the Adobe forums. The result is that the programs that I have installed are 30 days in trial mode. Could someone explain a work around for this?

    Once you disconnect, change the email ID and then reconnect.

    I ordered a 5/2. Asked me to send documents for verification. I sent the college ID through a case that was opened by a representative in a conversation. It's been almost two weeks now and I haven't heard anything yet. I tried to start a new Cat several times and were left waiting for someone to answer each time. No one never came for the cat at the end of an hour, and I can't sit staring at a screen Virgin cat all day in the hope that the customer service could answer in fact.

    Welcome to the community!

    There is no need to login every time, you must activate the software on the first launch, and once successfully activated it is not asked to sign again.

    Have you downloaded Photoshop, if not, then download Adobe Creative desktop app from cloud from here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud & then download Photoshop from here.
