There are fundamental differences in the way that the Adobe PDF printer is installed and accessible on later (1) Windows Vista and/or (2) 64 - bit versions of Windows. In addition, Acrobat 7 coordinates with all recent versions of all Microsoft Office applications. You need Acrobat DC licenses at this stage.

  For info.

  (1) it's Creative Suite team

  (2) other Apps (photoshop, illustrator, inDesign) download / install OK

  (3) win7 PC platform - machine rebooted etc.

  For the people who sent me the same problem... THE Muse CC will not download/install

  In my case it was because of a legacy version of Adobe Air (installed through CS6) which would be update or delete using the updated standard Adobe, or using the feature of panel\programs & features\uninstall microsoft\control

  To resolve this problem, you need the tool of register of Mircrosoft Fixit from here:

  http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/en-us

  Run the tool of naming 'Adobe Air' as the program that could not be uninstalled... it took awhile, but finally finished uninstalling.

  Then I could just install Adobe Air from the MuseCC & using standard abobe installers.

I even downloaded the application manager, but now it won't install saying "remote server not properly placed. Try a few minutes"every time that I try again I get the same message. Can anyone help me please with it? Even, I get the same message when installation of adobe flash player. The installer says always installation is not complete. Help, please.

  Dear Sir or Madam,

  With Outlook 2016 on my Macbook Pro, I'm not able to send more than about 10 MB of attachments.  The program accepts multiple attachments of any size, but the transmission fails after trying for about 5 Min.  I get an error message (sorry, my OS is installed with the German):

  Then "Senden der nicht possible Email." (Cannot send email.)

  Then: Fehlercode:-1001.  (Error code - 1001).

  I can receive emails with attachments of any size; with an old computer with Outlook, I can send attachments of any size using the same e-mail account; and the program of "Mail" Apple can send attachments of any size.

  I use: Office 365 for Mac, Macbook Pro, El Capitan, Outlook 2016; e-mail account is POP3, T-Online.

  Does anyone have an idea what is happening here?  Does anyone know where the Outlook preferences are stored and how to check or change?  I understand that it is possible to limit the size of the email in preferences, while the not to complain about the size, it can simply to send larger e-mails.

  I am happy for any information you can give me.

• Adobe Reader Installer failed. Now I can't run, re - install or uninstall.

  Tried to install Adobe Reader XI on my newly refreshed (new) Windows 8 desktop. After reaching 96% completion, the installer hanging for more than an hour, and in frustration I finally stopped via the Task Manager. I tried to reinstall it by running the installer from the website, and when that failed to do anything, I downloaded the full package on my drive. Run the installation of the package I downloaded anything also. A look at running processes show a couple Adobe Reader to background process, but does not consume significant system resources.

  Drive does not appear in the list of installed programs in the Control Panel, so I can't uninstall it to try a clean install. I had enough problems with Windows 8, I envisage, cleaning the disc and go back to XP...

  Resolved for Windows 10.  Suite cannot be installed using MSI, instructions included with the configuration application require it be used.  Unable to solve the problem with the iMac OS 10.11

  I tried several times to install Adobe CC on my mac, but at the end of installation, I get an error message:

  The Installation failed.

  Setup has encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the manufacturer of the software.

  There is no error number. I tried the cleaning tool and setting up a new admin account and still the same thing happens.

  My colleagues have all used the same facility of downloading, and they all worked very well.

  My mac is a processor 2.7 GHz, iMac intel Core i5 running on OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.5.
